The purpose of the project is to reconstruct the historical reconstruction of the place and time of the medieval bulkhead, the breech of the castle and the receiver in Moryń, and to adapt it for educational, exhibition and demonstration purposes to the extent necessary to offer tourist and leisure services arising directly from the new use and development of endogenous resources. The need to implement the project is due to the inadequacy of the existing infrastructure to the current needs of the local tourist market and the need to limit its activities to the narrow segment of the public and the short season. Under the current circumstances, products and services that could change this state of affairs are not being developed in the immediate environment. For the Applicant, it is important to develop the local economy and contribute to the participation of all local private sector players in this market. The starting point for the implementation of the project has become a principle of interaction. In the context of the restrictive problems and the municipality and the Applicant, the applicant has taken into account the touristic development and the direction of the municipality and recognised the opportunity to create an attractive tourist product in ensuring the coherence of its own investment activities with those of the municipality in the sphere of cultural heritage. The key feature of the product is the Middle Ages of the city and the medieval assumption of the bulkhead, and the bulkhead and the subdivision with the wardly enclosed castle. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest rekonstrukcja historyczna miejsca i czasu średniowiecznego grodziska, grodu zamkowego i podzamcza w Moryniu oraz przystosowanie jej do celów edukacyjnych, wystawienniczych i prezentacyjnych w zakresie niezbędnym do oferowania usług turystycznych i rekreacyjnych wynikających wprost z nowego wykorzystania i zagospodarowania zasobów endogenicznych. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika z niedostosowania istniejącej infrastruktury do aktualnych potrzeb lokalnego rynku turystycznego i konieczności ograniczania prowadzonej w tym zakresie działalności do wąskiego segmentu odbiorców oraz krótkiego sezonu. W obecnych warunkach w najbliższym otoczeniu nie rozwijają się produkty i usługi, które mogłyby zmienić ten stan rzeczy. Dla Wnioskodawcy ważny jest rozwój lokalnej gospodarki i współuczestniczenie w nim wszystkich podmiotów sektora prywatnego działających lokalnie na tym rynku. Punktem wyjścia dla realizacji projektu stała się zasada wzajemnego oddziaływania. W kontekście problemów ograniczających i gminę i Wnioskodawcę, Wnioskodawca wziął pod uwagę dotychczasowe zagospodarowanie turystyczne oraz kierunek, w jakim zmierza gmina i dostrzegł szansę stworzenia atrakcyjnego produktu turystycznego w zapewnieniu spójności własnych działań inwestycyjnych z działaniami gminy w sferze dziedzictwa kulturowego. Kluczowym w produkcie jest aspekt średniowiecznej zabudowy miasta oraz średniowieczne założenie podgrodzia i grodziska z reliktami zamku warownego. (Polish)
