The project involves important aspects of strengthening the regional human resources by taking initiatives in the field of vocational and technical education. — the need to develop a technocratic database (equipping employees and workshops, purchasing industrial programmes, agricultural equipment, machinery and facilities for setting up and maintaining gardens and other green areas) — implementing the content of supplementary qualifications and entitlements in school programmes — the implementation of extended cooperation programmes with employers, regional centres according to the identified diagnosis of the main problems of the students from ZSRR, is defined in the following areas: — limitations due to the possession of qualifications in one occupation (additional qualifications and entitlements would help to find a job), — low participation of school pupils and graduates in job-search (including their failure to do so), — low self-esteem, workshops that motivate self-improvement, lack of social/social competences — lack of internships and practice of gaining financing under the ESF, will enable young people to be better prepared from the SSF to enter the labour market. The projects financed by the ESF will complement the activities carried out before the start of the project. The scale of the activities carried out before the start of the project by the school will not be reduced compared to the extent of the expenditure of these establishments during the 12 months prior to the start of the project. Projekt polega na realizacji istotnych aspektów wzmocnienia regionalnych kadr gospodarki poprzez podejmowanie inicjatyw na rzecz szkolnictwa zawodowego i technicznego.Do kluczowych potrzeb szkoły, zgodnie z przeprowadzoną diagnozą (rozmowy z nauczycielami ZSRiT) należą: - konieczność rozwoju bazy techno- dydaktycznej (doposażenie pracowni i warsztatów szkolnych,zakup programów branżowych, sprzęt rolniczy, maszyny i urządzenia do zakładania i pielęgnacji ogrodów i innych terenów zielonych)- wdrożenie do programów szkolnych treści związanych z dodatkowymi kwalifikacjami i uprawnieniami - wdrożenie do praktyki szkolnej programów rozszerzonej współpracy z pracodawcami, regionalnymi ośrodkamiZgodnie z przeprowadzonymi diagnozami główne problemy uczniów z ZSRiT zdefiniowano w ramach następujących obszarów:- ograniczenia wynikające z posiadania kwalifikacji w jednym zawodzie (dodatkowe kwalifikacje i uprawnienia pomogłyby w znalezieniu pracy),- niska aktywność uczniów i absolwentów szkół w poszukiwaniu pracy (w tym ich nieprzygotowanie do takiej aktywności),- niska samoocena, warsztaty motywujące do samodoskonalenia się, brak kompetencji społecznych/interpersonalnych- brak staży i praktykPozyskanie finansowania w ramach EFS umożliwi lepsze przygotowanie młodzieży z ZSRiT do wejścia na rynek pracy. Przedsięwzięcia finansowane ze środków EFS będą stanowiły uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem projektu. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem projektu przez szkołę nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali nakładów tych placówek w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu.
