Przedmiotem projektu(proj.typ1) jest budowa nowego centrum przesiadkowego wraz z budową drogi dla rowerów na odcinku Barlinek-Pełczyce oraz budową pętli autobusowej. Początkiem drogi dla rowerów, która biec będzie do granicy gminy, gdzie połączy się z drogą dla rowerów planowaną przez Gminę Pełczyce, będzie centrum przesiadkowe w Barlinku. Trasa uzupełni projektowany i istniejący system ścieżek rowerowych i będzie alternatywną trasą dojazdu do centrów miast dla transportu indywidualnego. Ponadto w celu usprawnienia transportu zbiorowego powstanie zatoka dla autobusów komunikacji miejskiej na największym osiedlu mieszkaniowym Górny Taras w Barlinku (Polish)
