The project is stationary. Its coverage will consist of the parcels bearing numbers 74/2, 78/12, 78/14. The total area earmarked for the investment is up to 1.5 ha. The installation will consist of 3652 modules. 982 mm x 1 670 mm and with a power of 260 Wp each to be mounted on free-standing stearamide. The installation will be fully automated and connected to a monitoring system analysing productivity and energy consumption. The PV modules will be used for its construction, which will be mounted on the steppe along the power bands. More specifically, the PV installation will be composed of the following elements: free-standing structures wrolling in the ground for assembly of PV modules; module PV of 3.652 units with power 260W each; inverters in quantities of up to 50 units with a capacity of up to 50 kVA; low-voltage cable power lines in the ground, at a depth of 70 ÷ 80 cm; SN/N container transformer station measuring approximately 3x6 m and height up to 4 m with a 15/0.4 kV transformer, rated apparent power of up to 1250 kVA; medium-voltage electricity connection. The information sheet was prepared for the project, a decision was made that there was no obligation to draw up an environmental impact report. The project requires a building permit, an application was submitted on 13.05.2016. The investment is planned to start at the beginning of September, the investment includes the preparation of the ground, the installation of the installation and the connection of the installation to the energy network. The completion of the investment is planned for the first half of December. About 8 % of the energy produced will be consumed for own account: lighting, standby mode, installation monitoring. The remaining 92 % will be returned to the network for resale. (English)

    Przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na posadowieniu instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy maksymalnej 0,95 MWp. Inwestycja zlokalizowana będzie w miejscowości Stare Czarnowo, w powiecie gryfińskim. Projekt ma charaktery stacjonarny. Swoim zasięgiem będzie obejmować działki o numerach ew. 74/2, 78/12, 78/14. Łączna powierzchnia przeznaczona pod inwestycję wynosi do 1,5 ha. Instalacja będzie się składać z 3652 modułów o wymiarach ok. 982 mm x 1670 mm i mocy 260 Wp każdy, montowanych na wolnostojących stelażach. Instalacja będzie w pełni zautomatyzowana i podłączona do systemu monitoringu, analizującego wydajność i uzysk energetyczny. Do jej budowy wykorzystane zostaną moduły PV, montowane na stelażach z zachowaniem przerw pomiędzy poszczególnymi rzędami stelaży. W ujęciu bardziej uszczegółowionym instalację fotowoltaiczną tworzyć będą następujące elementy: konstrukcje wolnostojące wbijane w ziemię do montażu modułów PV; moduły PV w ilości 3.652 szt. o mocy 260W każdy; inwertery w ilości do 50 szt. o mocy do 50 kVA; kablowe linie energetyczne niskiego napięcia układane w ziemi, na głębokości 70 ÷ 80 cm; stacja transformatorowa SN/Nn kontenerowa o wymiarach około 3x6 m i wysokości do 4 m z transformatorem 15/0,4 kV, moc znamionowa pozorna do 1250 kVA; przyłącze elektroenergetyczne średniego napięcia. Dla projektu przygotowana została karta informacyjna, uzyskano decyzję o braku obowiązku sporządzania raportu oddziaływania na środowisko. Projekt wymaga pozwolenia na budowę, w dniu 13.05.2016r. złożono wniosek o jego wydanie. Rozpoczęcie realizacji inwestycji planowane jest na początek września, inwestycja obejmuje przygotowanie gruntu, posadowienie instalacji oraz podłączenie jej do sieci energetycznej. Zakończenie inwestycji planowane jest na pierwszą połowę grudnia. Ok 8% wyprodukowanej energii zostanie zużytej na potrzeby własne: oświetlenie, zasilanie urządzeń w trybie stand by, monitoring wizyjny instalacji. Pozostałe 92% zostanie odprowadzone do sieci do odsprzedaży. (Polish)
