The project entitled: “Reducing greenhouse gas emissions by using renewable energy sources to produce heat and electricity for public utilities at ul. Wałbrzych 49 in Czaplinksk, is a replacement of an obsolete gas boiler, a heating complex of the building complex of the Primary School in Czapplink (Primary School, Pre-School, Public Library) and Hali Widowicowo — Suplinku, using renewable energy sources (heat pumps and photovoltaic installations). In view of the cost efficiency and the improvement of the management of the individual sites for the buildings of the Primary School and the Hala Widowick-Sport, independent energy supply solutions have been designed. 1. For the buildings of the Primary School, the following solution is planned: replacement of existing gas boilers for heat pumps with wells (outdoor units) with a total power output of 250 kW for co and CWU. If heat pumps are used, a second source of heat is needed (at negative temperatures below — 5 °C) — a new condensing gas boiler of 350 kW will be installed, b) retrofitting of boiler components and heating facilities in school buildings, c) construction of a 16,2 kWp school photovoltaic installation. 2. The following solution has been planned for the buildings of the Hala Widobisk-Sport: a) installation of heat pumps with wells (outdoor units) with a total capacity of 170 kW for co and CWU. If heat pumps are used, a second source of heat is needed (at negative temperatures below — 5 °C) — a new gas condensing gas boiler with a power output of 250 kW and a gas connected gas connection will be installed. (b) modernisation of the heating system and regulating the heating system in the hall building, (c) construction of a 10,26 kWp of the installation to be installed on the roof of the school. Projekt pn. „Ograniczenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych poprzez wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii do produkcji ciepła i energii elektrycznej dla obiektów użyteczności publicznej przy ul. Wałeckiej 49 w Czaplinku” zakłada zastąpienie przestarzałej kotłowni gazowej, ogrzewającej kompleks budynków Szkoły Podstawowej w Czaplinku ( Szkoła Podstawowa, Przedszkole, Biblioteka Publiczna) i Hali Widowiskowo – Sportowej w Czaplinku, z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii (pompy ciepła i instalacje fotowoltaiczne). Z uwagi na efektywność kosztową i usprawnienie zarządzania poszczególnymi obiektami dla budynków Szkoły Podstawowej i Hali Widowiskowo-Sportowej zaprojektowane zostały niezależne rozwiązania zasilania energetycznego. 1.
