The transient project concerns the thermal renovation of the two buildings located at ul. The postal service 16 in Szczecin and changes to the heating and domestic hot water system and the replacement of lighting with energy-efficient parts in common. Its implementation was divided into four tasks: Task No 1 Preparatory work on the implementation of the project — this stage has already started and included, inter alia, the drawing up of energy audits, the preparation of feasibility studies. In the next phase, a construction and implementation dossier will be prepared in this task. Activity 2 covers construction works, as foreseen in the energy audit and in line with the construction project. In the first place, in accordance with the principle of competitiveness, a contractor will be selected with which a contract for the implementation of the work on construction work will be signed, 3, which relate to expenditure on the supervision of the construction work. As part of this task, the costs of investing in the activities of the installations and of the author’s supervision will be covered. Activity 4 — this task will cover the costs related to the promotion of the project. The investment will be marked with a dedicated project poster (in accordance with the promotion guidelines). Given that the project is not subject to public aid or de minimis aid, the project was launched before the date of submission and is scheduled to be completed in 31.12.2018. All expenditure is necessary to achieve the stated objectives and the tasks are grouped in a logical and transparent manner. The buildings covered by the investment are not listed in the register of historic monuments. As part of the investment, the costs were excluded as ineligible costs, the costs for the service premises with a total area of 107.30 m² (96 m² — utility premises of the Municipality of Szczecin, 11.30 m² — housing community service). The infrastructure resulting from the project will be used almost exclusively for non-economic activities. (English) | |||

WSPÓLNOTA MIESZKANIOWA PRZY ULICY POCZTOWEJ 16 W SZCZECINIE

Projekt o charakterze stacjonarnym dotyczy termomodernizacji dwóch budynków zlokalizowanych przy ul. Pocztowej 16 w Szczecinie oraz zmiany systemu ogrzewania i ciepłej wody użytkowej oraz wymiany oświetlenia na energooszczędne w częściach wspólnych. Jego realizacja podzielona została na cztery zadania: Zadanie nr 1 Prace przygotowawcze związane z realizacja projektu - ten etap już się rozpoczął i obejmował m. in. sporządzenie audytów energetycznych, przygotowanie studiów wykonalności. W kolejnym etapie w ramach tego zadania przygotowana zostanie dokumentacja budowlano-wykonawcza. Zadanie 2 obejmuje prace budowlane, przewidziane w audycie energetycznym i zgodne z projektem budowlanym. W pierwszej kolejności, zgodnie z Zasada konkurencyjności zostanie wybrany wykonawca, z którym podpisana zostanie umowa na realizację prac budowlanych Zadanie 3 związane jest wydatkami na nadzór nad realizacją prac budowlanych. W ramach tego zadania pokryte zostaną koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego nad wykonywanymi instalacjami oraz nadzór autorski. Zadanie 4 - w ramach tego zadania pokryte zostaną koszty związane z promocją projektu. Inwestycja zostanie oznaczona specjalnym plakatem informującym o projekcie (zgodnie z wytycznymi w zakresie promocji). Z uwagi na fakt, że projekt nie podlega przepisom o pomocy publicznej ani pomocy de minimis, rozpoczęcie projektu nastąpiło przed dniem złożenia wniosku a jego zakończenie zaplanowano na 31.12.2018 roku. Wszystkie wydatki są niezbędne do osiągnięcia założonych celów a zadania zostały pogrupowane w sposób logiczny i przejrzysty. Budynki objęte inwestycją nie są wpisane do rejestru zabytków. W ramach inwestycji wyłączono jako koszty niekwalifikowalne, koszty przypadające na lokale usługowe o łącznej powierzchni 107,30 m2 (96m2 - lokal użytkowy Gminy Szczecin, 11,30m2 - lokal użytkowy Wspólnoty mieszkaniowej). Infrastruktura będąca wynikiem projektu będzie wykorzystywana prawie wyłącznie na potrzeby działalności niegospodarczej. (Polish)
