There are 12 dwellings and 2 service premises (public services) in the building that is the subject of the project. The project’s scope of work includes: 1. The insulation of outer walls No 1 (without front SE and SW) of the styropiate method (“lightweight liquid”), together with accompanying works 2. The insulation of the outdoor walls of the basement of the extruded Styropeak area 3. Strength of the non-ventilated pin EPS 100-038 Dach and the performance of a new delivery of Map 4. Roof insulation of D1 (housing) wool on mineral wool 5. Steep warming of the basement of the mineral wool method from the bottom (cage/cellar) 6. Replacement of old windows for new PVC in the basement — 6 section 7. Replacement of old external doors for new insulation in the stairwells of 2 noise 8. Modernisation of the c.o.: the replacement of normal sub-vertical valves on the automatic adjusting valve, installation of automatic vents on the perpendiculars, completion of thermal insulation at basement levels, installation of cost allocators for radiators. Installation of the main heat meter. 9. Replacement of existing interior lighting fittings for energy efficient lighting (replacement of LED luminaires — 15 units) on common parts (stairways, cellars). In addition, the project is designed to implement and assemble an information board as part of the project information element. The content of the scoreboard will be related to the impact of the energy renovation of a building under project on the state of the environment, so it will address aspects of energy efficiency and environmental protection.     Projekt pn. „Modernizacja energetyczna budynku wielorodzinnego Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej Nieruchomości przy ulicy Rynek 1 w Czaplinku” zakłada kompleksową termomodernizację wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej Nieruchomości przy ulicy Rynek 1 w Czaplinku oraz wymianę oświetlenia części wspólnych na energooszczędne. W budynku będącym przedmiotem projektu znajduje się 12 lokali mieszkalnych i 2 lokale usługowe (użyteczności publicznej). Zakres prac w ramach projektu obejmuje: 1. Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nr 1 (bez frontowych SE i SW) styropianem metodą bezspoinową ("lekką mokrą") wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi 2. Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnic nad gruntem styropianem ekstrudowanym 3. Ocieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego styropianem EPS 100-038 Dach z wykonaniem nowego pokrycia z papy 4. Ocieplenie dachu D1 (nad mieszkaniami) wełną mineralną 5. Ocieplenie stropu nad piwnicami wełną mineralną metodą natryskową od spodu (klatki sch./piwnice) 6. Wymiana starych okien na nowe PCV w piwnicy - 6 szt 7. Wymiana starych drzwi zewnętrznych na nowe ocieplone na klatkach schodowych - 2 szt 8. Modernizacja instalacji c.o.: wymiana zwykłych zaworów podpionowych na automatycznej regulacji, montaż automatycznych odpowietrzników na pionach, uzupełnienie izolacji termicznej na poziomach w piwnicach, montaż podzielników kosztów na grzejnikach. Montaż głównego licznika ciepła. 9. Wymiana istniejących opraw oświetlenia wewnętrznego na energooszczędne (wymiana opraw żarowych na oprawy typu LED - 15 szt) na częściach wspólnych (klatki schodowe, piwnice). Ponadto w ramach projektu zaplanowane jest wykonanie i montaż tablicy informacyjnej stanowiącej element informacyjny projektu. Treść tablicy dotyczyć będzie wpływu jaki będzie miała modernizacja energetyczna budynku objętego projektem na stan środowiska, zatem będzie dotyczyć aspektów efektywności energetycznej i ochrony środowiska.
