As part of the investment, the 6 buildings of the “Piast” Housing Cooperative are planned to be upgraded at ul. Upper 28, Church 1, Judiciary 1 and 2, Jeziorna 2, Chmie1.Work will cover the thermal modernisation of the buildings in the areas of: 1) the warming of the buildings in the areas of: 2) the warming of the building envelope: the walls of the walls, the tops, the balustrades and the cellars, (3) the replacement of window frames in common cages and cellars, (4) the installation of C.O, would be connected to the heat grid and the replacement of existing substations and heating radiators together with thermostatic heads, (5) the replacement of the bulbs. In view of the fact that there are currently old incandescent bulbs in parts of the common facilities, they are planned to be replaced by modern incandescent bulbs. in addition, for the plant at ul.Upper 28 the solar panels and the decommissioning of the low parametric local heat grid to a high parametric secondary connecting factor will be installed and the installation of a compact heating substation. the detailed scope has been presented in the SW 3.1.3,4.1.3.2.More work is needed in order to meet the intended scope of thermal modernisation. The project will result in: the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions [tons of equivalent CO2/rok] by 327,55toeCO2/rok, the amount of saved heat energy of 3120,44 GJ/year, the amount of saved electricity of 6.37 MWh/per year, as well as the reduction of final energy from the 3144,59GJ/rok.IP project will also result in an upgrading of 12 464.41 m² residential area, inhabited by 215 households. after completion of the project, it will be possible to make use of the full inflationary functionality created by the project and will not require any further action.     SPÓŁDZIELNIA MIESZKANIOWA "PIAST" W BARLINKU

    W ramach inwestycji planuje się modernizację energetyczną 6 budynków wchodzących w skład Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej "Piast" w Barlinku przy ul. Górnej 28,Kościelnej 1, Sądowej nr 1 i nr 2, Jeziornej 2,Chmielnej 1.Prace obejmą termomodernizację budynków w zakresie:1)ocieplenia przegród zewnętrznych:ścian podłużnych,szczytowych ,balustrad i loggii,2)stropodachów,stropów nad garażami i piwnicami,3)wymiana stolarki okiennej w częściach wspólnych klatek i piwnic,4)instalacja C.O – zostanie wykonane przyłącze do sieci cieplnej oraz zainstalowanie jednofunkcyjnego węzła cieplnego, jak również wymiana istniejących zaworów podpionowych i grzejnikowych wraz z głowicami termostatycznymi,5)wymiana żarówek. W związku z faktem, iż obecnie w częściach wspólnych obiektów są stare, tradycyjne żarówki żarowe, planuje się ich wymianę na nowoczesne żarówki typu LED.Ponadto dla obiektu przy ul.Górnej 28 zostaną zamontowane panele fotowoltaiczne oraz likwidacja niskoparametrowej lokalnej sieci cieplnej na rzecz wysokoparametrowego przyłącza c.o. oraz montaż kompaktowego węzła cieplnego.Szczegółowy zakres został przedstawiony w SW 3.1.3,4.1.3.2.Powyższe prace są konieczne aby zrealizować zaplanowany zakres związany z termomodernizacją. Rezultatem projektu będzie: spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych [tony równoważnika CO2/rok] o 327,55toeCO2/rok,ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej w wysokości 3120,44 GJ/rok,ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej w wysokości 6,37 MWh/rocznie,a także zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektu o 3144,59GJ/rok.Efektem będzie także poddanie modernizacji 12.464,41m2 powierzchni mieszkalnej,zamieszkałej przez 215 gosp.domowych.Po zakończeniu projektu możliwe będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infr.powstałej w ramach realizacji projektu i nie będzie to wymagało już dodatkowych działań.Projekt w swoich założeniach ma charakter stacjonar (Polish)
