Project item: “Improving the teaching conditions of the Primary School in Kostrzyn School for Development of pupils” is: -Organisation of teaching courses; -Education of teachers; organisation of corrective activities; the Beneficiary shall ensure that purchased aids, specialised equipment or manuals, as well as the knowledge and skills of the trained teachers, will be used in the course of the activities carried out by the School. the equipment will be used to carry out the supplementary educational activities provided for in this project and lessons learned as part of standard school work. this is an integrated project. Under the sub-measure 9.3.3. the school is planned to be extended by means of a sporting room. In the new gym, training courses will be carried out to develop the skills of teamwork between pupils, which will affect the development of key competences. 3.4. The timetable for the implementation of the project.In addition, the selected teachers will receive training on the use of the experiment, the motivation and support of the student. the project will be implemented in the period 01.03.2018-30.06.2019Project of the 274 pupils and 6 teaching. the project is in line with the principle of equal opportunities for men and women (based on the minimum standard).Skala activities carried out before the start of the project will not be reduced compared to the scale of activities (expenditure) carried out by the Primary School in Kostrzyn during a period of 12 months prior to the start of the project. Przedmiotem projektu pt: "Poprawa warunków dydaktycznych Szkoły Podstawowej w Kostrzynie wsparciem rozwoju jej uczniów" jest:-organizacja zajęć dydaktycznych;-kształcenie nauczycieli;-organizacja zajęć korekcyjnych;-doposażenie sal i pracowni.Beneficjent zapewnia, że zakupione pomoce, sprzęt specjalistyczny lub podręczniki, a także wiedza i umiejętności przeszkolonych nauczycieli będą wykorzystywane w ramach działań prowadzonych przez szkołę.Zakupiony sprzęt będzie wykorzystywany w ramach prowadzenia dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych, przewidzianych w niniejszym projekcie oraz zajęć lekcyjnych, prowadzonych w ramach standardowej pracy szkoły.Jest to projekt zintegrowany. W ramach poddziałania 9.3.3. planowana jest rozbudowa szkoły, poprzez dobudowanie sali sportowej. W nowej sali gimnastycznej realizowane będą zajęcia służące rozwojowi umiejętności pracy zespołowej wśród uczniów, co wpłynie na rozwój kompetencji kluczowych.W ramach projektu w Szkole Podstawowej w Kostrzynie odbywać się będzie:- 120 h zajęć wyrównawczych z przedmiotów ścisłych, w tym:• 60 h z matematyki;• 60 h z przyrody.- 60 h zajęć dodatkowych dla uczniów uzdolnionych z przedmiotów ścisłych, w tym:• 30 h z matematyki;• 30 h z przyrody.- 120 h zajęć dodatkowych z języka angielskiego;- 30 h zajęć gimnastyki korekcyjnej.Szczegółowy opis prowadzonych zajęć przedstawiony został w pkt. 3.4. Harmonogram realizacji projektu.Ponadto wybrani nauczyciele odbędą szkolenie z zakresu:- wykorzystania metody eksperymentu;- motywacji i wspierania uczniów.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.03.2018 - 30.06.2019Projektem objętych będzie 274 uczniów oraz 6 nauczycieli.Projekt jest zgodny z zasadą równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn (na podstawie standardu minimum).Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu nie zmniejszy się w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez Szkołę Podstawową w Kostrzynie w okresie 12 m-cy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie projektu.
