The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over in the particularly difficult situation of the labour market in the district of pig. The main result of the project will be 70 people registered in the District Labour Office taking up employment. The project will support unemployed persons aged over 30 and more in a particularly vulnerable position on the labour market (i.e. persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled) for whom, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the first or second profile of the assistance is defined. The project participants will be provided with comprehensive and individual job placements in order to choose a profession consistent with the qualifications of the person supported or career guidance in terms of career planning, raising or completing professional qualifications. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will carry out the appropriate labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (i.e. training, internships, one-off measures for business, refunds of equipment costs or the retrofitting of jobs). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie świdwińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 70 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby pozostające bez pracy w wieku powyżej 30 lat i więcej znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy(tj. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz nisko wykwalifikowane), dla których, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, określono pierwszy lub drugi profil pomocy. Uczestnikom projektu zapewnione zostanie kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, podnoszenia lub uzupełniania kwalifikacji zawodowych. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy( tj. szkolenia, staże, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy).
