The applicant plans to produce: a. pallets in pallets with dimensions of 143x98x78, 143x143x78, b. pallet supports measuring 143x98x78 of EPAL in owal, c. Pallet supports with dimensions 95x95x78. Each of the pallets shall be manufactured on the basis of ‘cold’ technology, with the following parameters: a. a reduced melamine content of 70 % per 1 m³ of product, b. limited glue content by 20 % per 1 m³ of product, c low resin content of about ca. 50 % per 1 m³ of product. The above technical parameters for the pallets in the pallets are not available to other producers of pallet supports. Products with the above-mentioned parameters that will be put on the market by the Applicant are not available on the market. At present, the Applicant does not have facilities to enable the production of the pallets. The scope of the planned project comprises: A. Purchase of land and built-on land — Applicant is planning to purchase real estate from the insolvency administrator after Biotrade Sp. z o.o. in liquidation. The buildings to be purchased include buildings: A, B,C, D,E, F, however, the Building B will not be linked to the project, so it is an ineligible cost. Przedsiębiorstwo MAC DREW Sp. z o.o. zostało zarejestrowane w Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym dnia 03.11.2015 pod numerem 0000582426. Siedziba firmy znajduje się przy ul. KOPERNIKA, nr 13, lok. 2 w Choszcznie. Głównym przedmiotem działalności firmy będzie kod PKD: 16.29.Z Produkcja pozostałych wyrobów z drewna; produkcja wyrobów z korka, słomy i materiałów używanych do wyplatania, który obejmuje produkcję wsporników do palet. Wnioskodawca planuje produkować: a. wsporniki do palet o wymiarach 143x98x78, 143x143x78, b. wsporniki do naprawy palet o wymiarach 143x98x78 z wypalonym znakiem EPAL w owalu, c. wsporniki do palet specjalistycznych o wymiarach 95x95x78. Każdy ze wsporników do palet będzie produkowany w oparciu o technologię „na zimno”, dzięki niej każdy wyprodukowany klocek będzie się cechował następującymi parametrami: a. ograniczona zawartość melaminy o 70% na 1 m3 wyrobu, b. ograniczona zawartość kleju o 20 % na 1 m3 wyrobu, c. ograniczona zawartość żywicy o ok. 50% na 1m3 wyrobu. Powyższe parametry techniczne wspornika do palet są nieosiągalne dla innych producentów wsporników paletowych. Produkty o podanych wyżej parametrach, które wprowadzi na rynek Wnioskodawca są niedostępne na rynku docelowym. Obecnie Wnioskodawca nie posiada zaplecza umożliwiającemu produkcję wsporników do palet. Zakres planowanego projektu obejmuje: a. Zakup gruntu oraz nieruchomości zabudowanych - Wnioskodawca planuje zakup Nieruchomości od syndyka masy upadłościowej po przedsiębiorstwie BIOTRADE Sp. z o.o. w upadłości likwidacyjnej. W skład planowanej do zakupu nieruchomości wchodzą budynki: A,B,C,D,E,F jednakże budynek B nie będzie związany z realizacją projektu, więc stanowi koszt niekwalifikowalny. b. Prace budowlane dotyczące budynku A,C,D,E,F oraz związane z zagospodarowaniem terenu. c. Zakup wyposażenie produkcyjnego oraz administracyjnego,w tym zakup oprogramowania.
