The main objective of the project: “The employment of the inhabitants of the Pilski subregion — second edition”, implemented by the Social and Economic Advice Region, is an increase in the level of activity of 60 unemployed, job-seekers and inactive people who are disadvantaged in the labour market. the project is targeted at persons over the age of 29, with a low level of skills in rural functional areas requiring support for development processes (in line with the Regional Intervention Areas). Project construction time: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, which seeks to support 60 people through the identification of needs for participation and activation, occupational guidance, training in job-search skills, vocational training and work placements, work placements and training on mobility after labour markets, helping to overcome social exclusion. Participation in the project will contribute to the acquisition and/or addition of professional qualifications to participants and gain professional experience in shortage occupations in the Pilski subregion’s labour market. This will improve the position of the PA on the labour market and their chances of getting a job. (English) | |||

Głównym celem projektu pn. „Aktywizacja zawodowa mieszkańców subregionu pilskiego – II edycja” realizowanego przez Doradztwo Społeczne i Gospodarcze jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowych 60 osób bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo, defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy.Projekt skierowany jest do osób powyżej 29 roku życia, o niskich kwalifikacjach z wiejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych (zgodnie z regionalnymi Obszarami Strategicznej Interwencji). Termin realizacji projektu: 01.09.2018-31.10.2019, Proj. zakłada wsparcie 60 osób poprzez identyfikację potrzeb zawodowo-aktywizacyjnych, poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia z zakresu umiejętności poszukiwania pracy, szkolenia zawodowe i staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy.UP wezmą udział w szkoleniach zawodowych i/lub stażach oraz szkoleniu z zakresu poruszania się po rynki pracy, pomagających przezwyciężyć wykluczenie społ. Udział w projekcie przyczyni się do nabycia i/lub uzupełnia kwalifikacji zawodowych przez uczestników oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w zawodach deficytowych na rynku pracy subregionu pilskiego. Poprawi to pozycje UP na rynku pracy i ich szanse na zdobycie zatrudnienia. (Polish)
