The purpose of the project is to rebuild the selected premises and routes for the location of the Centre’s Regional Culture Centre in Pile. Within the framework of the project, the following material scope is planned: 1. The design and execution of construction work, which will include: (a) Development of the construction and construction documentation, including obtaining the necessary administrative decisions to enable the execution of the volume (b) carry out of the demolition, conversion, repair works, i.e.: in the case of the introduction of a lift, from the ground floor to the floor; — Renovation of the ground floor toilets; — replacement of doors of selected rooms; Interiors — hole, toilets (floor, ceiling, wall arrangement), changing rooms; — the execution of forest lighting in the chosen premises; The performance of the information point with the information and promotion material; Introduction of emergency lighting; — performance of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning — performance of new ventilation on halls and corridors, reactivation of ventilation and air conditioning from the camera room; The purchase and fitting of equipment — the hole with elements to enable exposure. 2. Investor supervision — performance of investor supervision in respect of works carried out in accordance with the rules of construction law and necessary for the proper execution and settlement of the investment made. The usable area of the culty object included in the project is ca. 1 324 m² from the headquarters of the RCK Fabryka Emoń. In the context of the project, 1 cultural institutions — the Regional Centre for the Culture of the Emob Centre Culture in Pile and 1, the culture site in which it has its seat, will be supported. The project will remove the barriers preventing people with disabilities from making more use of the facility and thus denying them access to the applicant’s cultural offer. The layout of the equipment to enable the works to function and to make full use of the premises covered by the project will be created. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa wybranych pomieszczeń i ciągów komunikacyjnych siedziby Regionalnego Centrum Kultury Fabryka Emocji w Pile. W ramach przedsięwzięcia planowany jest następujący zakres rzeczowy: 1. Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych, które obejmą: a) Opracowanie dokumentacji budowlanej i wykonawczej wraz z uzyskaniem niezbędnych decyzji administracyjnych umożliwiających realizację robót. b) Wykonanie rozbiórek, przebudowy, prac remontowych, tj.:w - wprowadzenie windy - z poziomu parteru na piętro; - remont toalet na parterze; - wymiana stolarki drzwiowej wybranych pomieszczeń; - remont wnętrz - hole, toalety (posadzki, sufity, aranżacja ścian), szatnie; - wykonanie oświetlenia ledowego w wybranych pomieszczeniach; - wykonanie punktu informacyjnego z ladą na materiały informacyjne i promocyjne; - wprowadzenie awaryjnego oświetlenia ewakuacyjnego; - wykonanie wentylacji mechanicznej i klimatyzacji - wykonanie nowej wentylacji na holach i korytarzach, reaktywacji wentylacji i klimatyzacji z sali kameralnej; - zakup i montaż wyposażenia - hole z elementami umożliwiającymi ekspozycję. 2. Nadzór inwestorski - sprawowaniu nadzoru inwestorskiego nad prowadzonymi robotami budowlanymi w zakresie i formie zgodnej z przepisami prawa budowlanego oraz niezbędnym do prawidłowej realizacji i rozliczenia realizowanej inwestycji. Powierzchnia użytkowa obiektu kulty objęta projektem to ok. 1 324 m2 z prawie 6 200 m2 pow. siedziby RCK Fabryka Emocji. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęta zostanie 1 instytucja kultury – Regionalne Centrum Kultury Fabryka Emocji w Pile oraz 1 obiekt kultury, w którym znajduje się jej siedziba. W ramach projektu usunięte zostaną bariery uniemożliwiające osobom z niepełnosprawnościami pełniejsze korzystanie z obiektu a tym samym utrudniające im dostęp do oferty kulturalnej Wnioskodawcy. Zakup. zostaną również23 szt.wyposażenia, które umożliwią funkcjonowanie i pełne wykorzystanie pomieszczeń objętych projektem (Polish)
