Настоящият проект има за цел е да подобри работата на съдебната система, чрез отправяне на препоръки за оптимизиране работата на следствените органи при разследването на престъпления в области с висока обществена и професионална значимост. Това ще бъде реализирано чрез изпълнение на следните две дейности: Дейност 1 предвижда разработване на четири специализирани наръчника, които ще представят актуални методики и добри практики, както и ще отправят препоръки при разследването на определени видове престъпления с високо социално и професионално значение. В рамките на Дейност 2 по проекта ще бъдат проведени два обучителни семинара за 200 следователи, на които участниците от целевата група ще бъдат запознати с резултатите от аналитичната работа по Дейност 1, както и ще апробират разработените методологии. Най-малко 180 следователи ще получат сертификат за успешно завършено обучение. Ще бъде отпечатан сборник с четирите методически наръчника. В рамките на Дейност 3 ще бъдат изпълнени задължителните дейности за информация и публичност. Продължителността на проекта ще бъде 18 месеца, а бюджетът му - 98 648.28 лева. (Bulgarian)

This project aims to improve the functioning of the judiciary by making recommendations for optimising the work of investigative bodies in investigating crimes in areas of high social and professional importance. This will be achieved through the implementation of the following two activities: Activity 1 envisages the development of four specialised manuals, which will present up-to-date methodologies and good practices, as well as make recommendations for the investigation of certain types of crimes of high social and professional importance. Within Action 2 of the project, two training seminars will be held for 200 investigators, where the participants from the target group will be familiar with the results of the analytical work under Action 1, as well as the methodologies developed. At least 180 investigators will receive a certificate of successful completion of training. A collection of the four methodological manuals will be printed. Within Action 3, mandatory information and publicity activities will be implemented. The duration of the project will be 18 months and its budget — 98 648.28 BGN. (English)

Ce projet vise à améliorer le fonctionnement du système judiciaire en formulant des recommandations en vue d’optimiser le travail des organes d’enquête dans les enquêtes sur les infractions pénales dans des domaines de haute importance sociale et professionnelle. Cet objectif sera atteint grâce à la mise en œuvre des deux activités suivantes: L’activité 1 prévoit l’élaboration de quatre manuels spécialisés, qui présenteront des méthodologies et des bonnes pratiques actualisées et formuleront des recommandations en vue d’enquêter sur certains types de crimes revêtant une grande importance sociale et professionnelle. Dans le cadre de l’action 2 du projet, deux séminaires de formation seront organisés à l’intention de 200 chercheurs, au cours desquels les participants du groupe cible seront familiarisés avec les résultats des travaux d’analyse au titre de l’action 1, ainsi que les méthodologies élaborées. Au moins 180 enquêteurs recevront un certificat de réussite de la formation. Une collection des quatre manuels méthodologiques sera imprimée. Dans le cadre de l’action 3, des activités obligatoires d’information et de publicité seront mises en œuvre. La durée du projet sera de 18 mois et son budget — 98 648,28 BGN. (French)

Dieses Projekt zielt darauf ab, das Funktionieren der Justiz zu verbessern, indem Empfehlungen für die Optimierung der Arbeit von Ermittlungsbehörden bei der Ermittlung von Straftaten in Bereichen von hoher sozialer und beruflicher Bedeutung abgegeben werden. Dies wird durch die Durchführung der beiden folgenden Maßnahmen erreicht: Aktivität 1 sieht die Entwicklung von vier spezialisierten Handbüchern vor, in denen aktuelle Methoden und bewährte Verfahren vorgestellt und Empfehlungen für die Untersuchung bestimmter Arten von Straftaten von hoher sozialer und beruflicher Bedeutung abgegeben werden. Im Rahmen von Aktion 2 des Projekts finden zwei Schulungsseminare für 200 Ermittler statt, bei denen die Teilnehmer der Zielgruppe die Ergebnisse der Analysearbeit im Rahmen von Aktion 1 sowie die entwickelten Methoden kennen lernen. Mindestens 180 Ermittler erhalten eine Bescheinigung über den erfolgreichen Abschluss der Ausbildung. Eine Sammlung der vier methodischen Handbücher wird gedruckt. Im Rahmen von Aktion 3 werden verpflichtende Informations- und Publizitätsmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Die Laufzeit des Projekts beträgt 18 Monate und sein Budget – 98 648,28 BGN. (German)
