Дейностите, заложени в настоящото проектно предложение, ще бъдат насочени към превенция и предотвратяване на причините, които пораждат бедност и социално изключване с оглед на тяхното трайно преодоляване. Предвидените за изпълнение по ОПРЧР дейности са насочени към лица от уязвимите групи, с фокус върху ромите и целят подобряване достъпа до заетост, социални и здравни услуги. Освен това ще бъдат реализирани мерки от хоризонтален характер, благодарение на които ще се създадат условия за преодоляване на негативните стереотипи, недопускане на неравно третиране и подкрепа за реализация на основните икономически, социални и културни права.С интервенциите по ОПНОИР се очаква да бъде увеличен броят на интегрираните ученици, за които българският език не е майчин и в същото време да им бъде осигурена среда, ориентирана към съхраняване на културната им идентичност.Дейностите, включени в проектното предложение са подчинени на визия за създаване на траен модел за сътрудничество на местно ниво с участието на община Самуил, Общинско предприятие "Самуил - 2011", Сдружение "Център на НПО в Разград", ДГ "Кокиче" - с. Самуил, ДГ "Радост" - с. Владимировци, ОУ "Св. Климент Охридски" - с. Желязковец, ОУ "Св. Паисий Хилендарски" - с. Хърсово, ОУ "Христо Ботев"- с. Владимировци, СУ "Св. Св. Кирил и Методий" - с. The activities set out in this project proposal will focus on preventing and preventing the causes of poverty and social exclusion with a view to addressing them on a lasting basis. Les activités décrites dans la présente proposition de projet seront axées sur la prévention et la prévention des causes de la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale en vue d’y remédier durablement.
