С настоящото проектно предложение община Костинброд ще има възможността да продължи дейностите по предоставяне на топъл обяд през 2021 г. до 10.12.2021 г. С реализирането на проекта за срок от 12 месеца ще се допринесе за постигането на общата цел на оперативната програма, свързана с намаляване на броя на живеещите в бедност, чрез осигуряване на храна за хората, засегнати в най-висока степен от пандемията COVID-19 и последиците от нея. За тази цел ще бъдат изпълнени следните дейности: 1. Определяне на целевите групи; 2. Приготвяне на топъл обяд; 3. Предоставяне на топъл обяд; 4. Реализиране на съпътстващи мерки. Топъл обяд ще се осигури на 110 лица. Услугата ще се предоставя до дома на потребителя за целия период на изпълнение на настоящия проект. Ще се създаде екип за управление на проекта, който ще реализира дейности по недопускане на двойно финансиране, обратна връзка от потребителите, предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки, качествено изпълнение на проекта и други дейности, които ще допринесат за обхващането на най-нуждаещите се лица и оказване на необходимата им подкрепа за водене на нормален начин на живот. With this project proposal, the municipality of Kostinbrod will have the opportunity to continue the activities of providing a warm lunch in 2021 until 10.12.2021. The implementation of the project for a period of 12 months will contribute to the overall objective of the operational programme, which is to reduce the number of people living in poverty by providing food to the people most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. To this end, the following activities will be implemented: 1. Identification of target groups; 2. Preparation of a warm lunch; 3. Providing a warm lunch; 4. Implementation of accompanying measures. A warm lunch will be provided to 110 persons. The service will be provided at the consumer’s home for the entire duration of this project. A project management team will be set up to carry out activities to avoid double funding, feedback from users, provision of accompanying measures, quality project implementation and other activities that will contribute to the coverage of the most deprived and provide the support they need to lead a normal lifestyle. Avec cette proposition de projet, la municipalité de Kostinbrod aura l’occasion de poursuivre les activités de déjeuner chaud en 2021 jusqu’au 10.12.2021. La mise en œuvre du projet pour une période de 12 mois contribuera à l’objectif général du programme opérationnel, qui est de réduire le nombre de personnes vivant dans la pauvreté en fournissant de la nourriture aux personnes les plus touchées par la pandémie de COVID-19 et ses conséquences. À cette fin, les activités suivantes seront mises en œuvre: 1. Identification des groupes cibles; 2. Préparation d’un déjeuner chaud; 3. Fournir un déjeuner chaud; 4. Mise en œuvre des mesures d’accompagnement. Un déjeuner chaud sera fourni à 110 personnes. Le service sera fourni au domicile du consommateur pendant toute la durée de ce projet. Une équipe de gestion de projet sera mise en place pour mener des activités afin d’éviter le double financement, le retour d’information des utilisateurs, la fourniture de mesures d’accompagnement, la mise en œuvre de projets de qualité et d’autres activités qui contribueront à la couverture des plus démunis et apporteront le soutien dont ils ont besoin pour mener un mode de vie normal. Mit diesem Projektvorschlag wird die Gemeinde Kostinbrod die Möglichkeit haben, im Jahr 2021 bis zum 10.12.2021 ein warmes Mittagessen zu leisten. Die Durchführung des Projekts für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten wird zum übergeordneten Ziel des operationellen Programms beitragen, das darin besteht, die Zahl der in Armut lebenden Menschen zu verringern, indem den von der COVID-19-Pandemie am stärksten betroffenen Menschen und ihren Folgen Nahrungsmittel zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zu diesem Zweck werden folgende Maßnahmen durchgeführt: 1. Identifizierung der Zielgruppen; 2. Vorbereitung des warmen Mittagessens; 3. Ein warmes Mittagessen; 4. Durchführung begleitender Maßnahmen. Ein warmes Mittagessen wird für 110 Personen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Dienstleistung wird während der gesamten Dauer dieses Projekts im Haushalt des Verbrauchers erbracht. Es wird ein Projektmanagementteam eingerichtet, das Tätigkeiten durchführt, um Doppelfinanzierungen, Rückmeldungen der Nutzer, Bereitstellung von Begleitmaßnahmen, Durchführung von Qualitätsprojekten und andere Aktivitäten zu vermeiden, die zur Abdeckung der am stärksten benachteiligten Personen beitragen und die Unterstützung bieten, die sie benötigen, um einen normalen Lebensstil zu führen.
