Изпълнението на настоящото проектно предложение ще допринесе за осигуряване на необходимата инфраструктура за разкриване на нови социални услуги в общността, насочени основно към децата с увреждания и техните семейства. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез извършване на ремонт, преустройство и модернизация на общинска сграда, в която ще бъдат създадени Център за обществена подкрепа и Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, съгласно заложеното в Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда и Картата на резидентните услуги. По този начин ще се разшири спектъра на предлаганите обществени грижи и ще се гарантира социално включване в дългосрочен план на деца, живеещи в изолация поради постоянната нужда от обгрижване.До 1998 г. в предвидената за интервенция сграда се е помещавала целодневна детска градина, но към настоящия момент зданието не се обитава. Постройката представлява масивна монолитна сграда с изба и два етажа с разгъната застроена площ 1 149 кв. м. В близост до нея се намират многопрофилна болница за активно лeчение, три учебни заведения и паркови площи. Основните дейности, включват:1. изпълнение на инженеринг, включващ: а) проектиране; б) упражняване на авторски надзор; в) изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи; г) доставка на обзавеждане и оборудване.2. извършване на оценка на съответствието;3. упражняване на строителен надзор;4. съставяне на технически паспорт;5. въвеждане в експлоатация.Очакваните резултати са:1. изпълнен инженеринг, включващ: а) проектиране; б) упражнен на авторски надзор в) изпълненени строително-монтажни работи; г) доставено и монтирано обзавеждане и оборудване;2. извършена оценка на съответствието;3. упражнен строителен надзор;4. съставен технически паспорт;5. въведен в експлоатация обект. The implementation of this project proposal will contribute to providing the necessary infrastructure for the creation of new social services in the community, mainly aimed at children with disabilities and their families. This will be achieved by carrying out renovation, reconstruction and modernisation of a municipal building, in which a Centre for Public Support and the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their families will be established, as set out in the Map of Support Services in the Community and in the Family Environment and the Map of Residential Services. This will widen the range of public care offered and ensure the long-term social inclusion of children living in isolation due to the constant need for care. Until 1998, the planned intervention building hosted a full-day kindergarten, but at present the building is not inhabited. The building is a massive monolithic building with cellar and two floors with a total built-up area of 1 149 sq. m. Near it is located a multi-profile hospital for active treatment, three educational establishments and park areas. The main activities include:1. execution of engineering, including: a) design; B) exercising author’s supervision; C) execution of construction and installation works; D) supply of furniture and equipment.2. performance of conformity assessment;3. exercise of construction supervision;4. preparation of technical passport;5. commissioning.The expected results are:1. completed engineering, including: a) design; B) carried out of author’s supervision c) completed construction and installation works; D) supplied and installed furniture and equipment;2. conformity assessment;3. carried out construction supervision;4. prepared technical passport;5. commissioned site. La mise en œuvre de cette proposition de projet contribuera à fournir les infrastructures nécessaires à la création de nouveaux services sociaux dans la communauté, principalement destinés aux enfants handicapés et à leur famille. Pour ce faire, on procédera à la rénovation, à la reconstruction et à la modernisation d’un bâtiment municipal, dans lequel un Centre d’appui public et le Centre de garde pour enfants handicapés et leurs familles seront créés, comme indiqué dans la carte des services d’appui dans la collectivité et dans le milieu familial et la carte des services résidentiels. Cela permettra d’élargir l’éventail des services publics offerts et d’assurer l’inclusion sociale à long terme des enfants vivant en isolement en raison du besoin constant de soins. Die Umsetzung dieses Projektvorschlags wird dazu beitragen, die notwendige Infrastruktur für die Schaffung neuer sozialer Dienste in der Gemeinschaft zu schaffen, die vor allem für Kinder mit Behinderungen und ihre Familien bestimmt sind. Dies wird durch die Renovierung, den Wiederaufbau und die Modernisierung eines kommunalen Gebäudes erreicht, in dem ein Zentrum für öffentliche Unterstützung und das Tagesbetreuungszentrum für Kinder mit Behinderungen und ihre Familien eingerichtet werden, wie in der Karte der Unterstützungsdienste in der Gemeinschaft und im Familienumfeld sowie in der Karte der häuslichen Dienstleistungen dargelegt. Dies wird das Angebot der öffentlichen Pflege erweitern und die langfristige soziale Inklusion von Kindern gewährleisten, die aufgrund des ständigen Betreuungsbedarfs isoliert leben.
