It is a road with the parameters of the main road "G". The beginning of the road reconstruction is located at km 6 + 396.38, while the end at station 9 + 119.75. The beginning of the study related to road drainage is located at km 6 + 300. The route runs towards the city of Trzebiatów through arable land and through the town of Nowielice. The scope of surface works includes: corrective (local) surface milling, widening of the existing surface, leveling the existing foundation with bituminous mass, making the binding layer, making the wearing layer with SMA, making the new full surface structure on the dismantled sections, renovating the existing bicycle route and locally rebuilding, construction and reconstruction of pedestrian routes.     Przedmiotem inwestycji jest przebudowa i rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 109 wraz z przejściem przez m. Nowielice na długości 2723 m. Jest to droga o parametrach drogi głównej "G". Początek przebudowy drogi znajduje się w km 6+396,38, natomiast koniec w pikiecie 9+119,75. Początek opracowania związany z odwodnieniem drogi zlokalizowany jest w km 6+300. Trasa przebiega w kierunku miasta Trzebiatów przez tereny uprawne oraz przez miejscowość Nowielice. Zakres robót nawierzchniowych obejmuje: korekcyjne (miejscowe) frezowanie nawierzchni, wykonanie poszerzeń istniejącej nawierzchni, wyrównanie istniejącej podbudowy masą bitumiczną, wykonanie warstwy wiążącej, wykonanie warstwy ścieralnej z SMA, wykonanie nowej pełnej konstrukcji nawierzchni na odcinkach rozbieranych, remont istniejącego ciągu rowerowego oraz lokalnie przebudowę, budowę i przebudowę ciągów pieszych.
