"АК ЕЛЕКТРИК" АД е дружество, специализирано в проектиране и производство на електрически табла за контрол и управление на машини и съоръжения, комплектни разпределителни уредби за ниско, средно и високо напрежение, предназначени за производство и разпределение на електрическа енергия и е работодател на 600 служителя.Общата цел на проекта е "Да се повиши способността на заетите в "АК ЕЛЕКТРИК" АД лица да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда в резултат на структурни фактори посредством предоставяне на обучения, водещи до повишаване адекватността на уменията им в съответствие с актуалните потребности на бизнеса, до повишаване на производителността на труда им и до създаване на условия за устойчива заетост и заемане на по-качествени работни места."С оглед постигане на общата цел, са планирани за реализация следните допустими дейности:Дейност 1: Предоставяне на професионално обучение за придобиване или повишаване на професионалната квалификация на заети лица - в резултат на която е планирано общо 136 заети лица да преминат професионално обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация по част от професия Заварчик,Електромонтьор и Машинен оператор.Дейност 2:Обучение за придобиване на ключови компетентности на заети лица, съгласно Европейската квалификационна рамка по: Ключова компетентност 4 „Дигитална компетентност” - в резултат на което е планирано общо 74 заети лица да преминат обучения за работа с програми за създаване на таблици и за работа със специализиран софтуер.Проектът също така ще обхване реализацията на:Дейност 3:Организация и управление на проекта с резултат обезпечена ефективна организация на изпълнението на проекта;Дейност 4:Дейности за информация и комуникация, в резултат на която ще бъдат осигурени мерки за информиране и публичност в съответствие с приложимите изисквания и указания за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация 2014-2020 г. “AK ELECTRIK” JSC is a company specialised in the design and production of electrical panels for control and control of machines and equipment, complete distribution systems for low, medium and high voltage, designed for the production and distribution of electricity and is an employer of 600 employees. The general objective of the project is “To increase the ability of the persons employed in”AK ELECTRIK“AD to meet the rapid changes in the labour market as a result of structural factors through the provision of trainings, leading to increasing the adequacy of their skills in line with the current needs of the business, increasing their labour productivity and creating conditions for sustainable employment and occupation of better quality jobs.” In order to achieve the general objective, the following eligible activities are planned for implementation: Action 1: Provision of vocational training for the acquisition or upgrading of professional qualifications of employed persons — as a result of which a total of 136 employees are planned to undergo vocational training for the acquisition of professional qualifications in part of the profession of Welder, Electrical Engineer and Machine Operator.Action 2:Training for the acquisition of key competences of employed persons, according to the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 4 “Digital Competence” — as a result of which a total of 74 employees are planned to undergo trainings for working with programs for creating tables and for working with specialised software.The project will also cover the realisation of:Activity 3:Organisation and project management with the result of ensuring effective organisation of the project implementation;Action 4: Information and communication activities, as a result of which information and publicity measures will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the implementation of the information and communication rules 2014-2020. «AK Electrik" JSC est une société spécialisée dans la conception et la production de panneaux électriques pour le contrôle et le contrôle des machines et des équipements, des systèmes complets de distribution pour basse, moyenne et haute tension, conçu pour la production et la distribution d’électricité et est un employeur de 600 salariés. L’objectif général du projet est "d’accroître la capacité des personnes employées dans"AK Electrik"AD à faire face aux changements rapides du marché du travail en raison de facteurs structurels grâce à la fourniture de formations, conduisant à accroître l’adéquation de leurs compétences en fonction des besoins actuels de l’entreprise, augmenter leur productivité du travail et créer des conditions d’emploi durable et de la profession d’emplois de meilleure qualité. Formation professionnelle en vue de l’acquisition ou de la mise à niveau des qualifications professionnelles des travailleurs salariés, ce qui devrait permettre à 136 salariés de suivre une formation professionnelle en vue de l’acquisition de qualifications professionnelles dans une partie de la profession de soudeur, d’ingénieur en électricité et d’opérateur de machines.Action 2:Formation pour l’acquisition de compétences clés des travailleurs salariés, conformément au cadre européen des certifications concernant: Compétence clé 4 «Compétence numérique» — à la suite de laquelle un total de 74 employés sont prévus pour suivre des formations pour travailler avec des programmes de création de tables et pour travailler avec des logiciels spécialisés.Le projet couvrira également la réalisation of:Activity 3: Organisation et gestion de projet en vue d’assurer une organisation efficace de la mise en œuvre du projet;Action 4: Activités d’information et de communication, à la suite desquelles des mesures d’information et de publicité seront fournies conformément aux exigences et lignes directrices applicables pour la mise en œuvre des règles d’information et de communication 2014-2020. „AK Electrik" JSC ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Produktion von elektrischen Schalttafeln für die Steuerung und Steuerung von Maschinen und Anlagen, komplette Verteilersysteme für Nieder-, Mittel- und Hochspannung spezialisiert hat, die auf die Erzeugung und Verteilung von Strom ausgelegt sind und ein Arbeitgeber von 600 Mitarbeitern ist. Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Fähigkeit der Beschäftigten in"AK Electrik"AD zu erhöhen, um den raschen Veränderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt infolge struktureller Faktoren durch die Bereitstellung von Schulungen gerecht zu werden, was dazu führt, dass die Eignung ihrer Kompetenzen entsprechend den aktuellen Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens erhöht wird, ihre Arbeitsproduktivität erhöht und Bedingungen für nachhaltige Beschäftigung und Beschäftigung besserer Qualität geschaffen wird.“ Berufsausbildung für den Erwerb oder die Verbesserung von Berufsqualifikationen von Arbeitnehmern – aufgrund derer insgesamt 136 Arbeitnehmer eine Berufsausbildung zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen in einem Teil des Berufes Schweißer, Elektrotechniker und Maschinenbediener absolvieren sollen.Aktion 2:Ausbildung zum Erwerb von Schlüsselkompetenzen der Arbeitnehmer gemäß dem Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmen für: Schlüsselkompetenz 4 „Digitale Kompetenz“ – aufgrund derer insgesamt 74 Mitarbeiter Schulungen für die Arbeit mit Programmen zur Erstellung von Tabellen und zur Arbeit mit spezialisierter Software absolvieren sollen.Das Projekt umfasst auch die Realisierung of:Activity 3: Organisation und Projektmanagement mit dem Ergebnis einer wirksamen Organisation der Projektdurchführung; Aktion 4: Informations- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten, auf deren Grundlage Informations- und Publizitätsmaßnahmen gemäß den geltenden Anforderungen und Richtlinien für die Umsetzung der Informations- und Kommunikationsregeln 2014-2020 bereitgestellt werden.
