"АЛАЧОВ" ЕООД осъществява дейност в с. Юруково, Община Якоруда. Фирмата развива дейност в сферата на търговия на дребно с хранителни стоки в обект "Магазин за хранителни стоки". Обектът се намира в центъра на населеното място и в близост до единственото училище. Въпреки, че приходите от продажби не са високи, естеството на стоките, които се от ежедневна необходимост, както и социално и икономическите характеристики на района обуславят сравнително постоянно ниво на приходи, което гарантира устойчива жизнеспособност на икономическата дейност.Концепцията на ръководството на фирмата за бъдещо бизнес развитие е разширяване дейността на предприятието чрез увеличаване обема и асортимента на предлаганите стоки,респективно разширяване на търговската площ чрез обособяване на допълнително помещение за продажби. Разходите за персонал представляват значителен елемент при формиране себестойността на единица продукт и възможностите, които предоставя настоящата Процедура за предоставяне на безвъзмездна помощ е стимул за работодателя за разкриване на нови работни места, което ще създаде предпоставки за развитие и увеличаване икономическата дейност на фирмата.Настоящето проектно предложение е насочено към разкриване на нови работни места чрез наемане за 12 месеца на 6 (шест) безработни и/или неактивни лица от най-уязвимите групи на пазара на труда-лица с увреждания между 30 и 54 години и с ниско образование, младежи до 29 години и лица над 54 години. С цел осигуряване на условия на труд се предвижда закупуване на работно облекло и доставка на ДМА: хладилна витрина за хранителни стоки, микробус/миниван/, система за видео наблюдение и компютърна система за регистриране на продажбите в обекта.Други основни дейности по проекта са организация и управление и дейности по информираност и публичност.Всички дейности са допустими по схемата и са съобразени по време и взаимна връзка. ALACOV Ltd. operates in the village of Yurukovo, Yakoruda Municipality. The company is active in the field of retail of grocery goods in the “Food store”. The site is located in the centre of the settlement and close to the only school. Although the revenue from sales is not high, the nature of the goods, which are of daily need, as well as the social and economic characteristics of the area, determine a relatively constant level of revenue, which ensures the sustainable viability of the economic activity. The concept of the management of the company for future business development is the expansion of the activity of the enterprise by increasing the volume and assortment of the offered goods, respectively the expansion of the sales area through the separation of an additional sales room. Personnel costs represent a significant element in the formation of the cost of a product unit and the opportunities provided by the present Grant Procedure is an incentive for the employer to create new jobs, which will create prerequisites for development and increase the economic activity of the company. This project proposal is aimed at creating new jobs by hiring for 12 months 6 (six) unemployed and/or inactive persons from the most vulnerable groups on the labour market — persons with disabilities between 30 and 54 years and with low education, young people up to 29 years and people over 54 years of age. In order to ensure working conditions, it is envisaged to purchase workwear and supply FTAs: refrigeration showcase for grocery products, minivan/, video surveillance system and computer system for recording of sales at the site. Other main activities of the project are organisation and management and awareness and publicity activities. All activities are eligible under the scheme and are tailored during time and interconnection. The costs assigned to their implementation are real and within the limits. (English)

ALACOV Ltd. opère dans le village de Yurukovo, municipalité de Yakoruda. La société est active dans le domaine de la vente au détail de produits d’épicerie dans le «magasin alimentaire». Le site est situé au centre de la colonie et à proximité de la seule école. Bien que les recettes des ventes ne soient pas élevées, la nature des biens, qui sont d’un besoin quotidien, ainsi que les caractéristiques sociales et économiques de la zone, déterminent un niveau de revenu relativement constant, ce qui assure la viabilité durable de l’activité économique. Le concept de gestion de l’entreprise pour le développement futur des affaires est l’expansion de l’activité de l’entreprise en augmentant le volume et l’assortiment des marchandises offertes, respectivement l’expansion de la zone de vente par la séparation d’une salle de vente supplémentaire. Les coûts de personnel représentent un élément important dans la formation du coût d’une unité de produit et les possibilités offertes par la présente procédure d’octroi de subventions incitent l’employeur à créer de nouveaux emplois, ce qui créera des conditions préalables au développement et à l’activité économique de l’entreprise. Cette proposition de projet vise à créer de nouveaux emplois en recrutant pendant 12 mois 6 (six) personnes sans emploi et/ou inactives appartenant aux groupes les plus vulnérables du marché du travail — personnes handicapées de 30 à 54 ans et faiblement scolarisées, jeunes jusqu’à 29 ans et personnes âgées de plus de 54 ans. Afin d’assurer les conditions de travail, il est envisagé d’acheter des vêtements de travail et de fournir des ALE: vitrine de réfrigération pour les produits d’épicerie, minifourgonnette/, système de vidéosurveillance et système informatique pour l’enregistrement des ventes sur le site. Les autres activités principales du projet sont l’organisation et la gestion et les activités de sensibilisation et de publicité. Toutes les activités sont éligibles dans le cadre du programme et sont adaptées pendant le temps et l’interconnexion. Les coûts liés à leur mise en œuvre sont réels et dans les limites fixées. ALACOV Ltd. ist im Dorf Yurukovo, Gemeinde Yakoruda tätig. Das Unternehmen ist im Bereich des Einzelhandels von Lebensmittelwaren im „Food Store“ tätig. Der Ort befindet sich im Zentrum der Siedlung und in der Nähe der einzigen Schule. Obwohl die Umsatzerlöse nicht hoch sind, bestimmen die Art der Waren, die täglich benötigt werden, sowie die sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Merkmale des Gebiets ein relativ konstantes Umsatzniveau, das die Nachhaltigkeit der wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit sicherstellt. Das Konzept der Unternehmensführung für die zukünftige Geschäftsentwicklung ist die Ausweitung der Geschäftstätigkeit des Unternehmens durch Erhöhung des Volumens und des Sortiments der angebotenen Waren bzw. der Erweiterung der Verkaufsfläche durch die Trennung eines zusätzlichen Verkaufsraums. Die Personalkosten stellen einen wesentlichen Faktor bei der Bildung der Kosten einer Produkteinheit dar, und die durch das vorliegende Zuschussverfahren gebotenen Möglichkeiten sind ein Anreiz für den Arbeitgeber, neue Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, was Voraussetzungen für die Entwicklung und die Steigerung der wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit des Unternehmens schafft. Dieser Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, neue Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, indem sie für 12 Monate 6 (sechs) arbeitslose und/oder nicht erwerbstätige Personen aus den am stärksten gefährdeten Gruppen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt einstellen – Menschen mit Behinderungen zwischen 30 und 54 Jahren und mit niedriger Bildung, junge Menschen bis 29 Jahre und Menschen über 54 Jahren. Um die Arbeitsbedingungen zu gewährleisten, ist vorgesehen, Arbeitskleidung zu erwerben und Freihandelsabkommen zu liefern: Kühlschaufenster für Lebensmittelprodukte, Minivan/, Videoüberwachungssystem und Computersystem zur Erfassung von Verkäufen am Standort. Weitere Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts sind Organisation und Management sowie Sensibilisierungs- und Publizitätsaktivitäten. Alle Aktivitäten sind im Rahmen des Programms förderfähig und sind während der Zeit und der Vernetzung zugeschnitten. Die Kosten, die ihrer Umsetzung zugewiesen werden, sind real und innerhalb der Grenzen. (German)
