Celem główn. proj. jest zwiększenie poziomu aktywności społ. 30 os.(17K,13M)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., w tym os.samotnie wychowujących dzieci i rodzin wielodzietnych zamieszkałych na terenie Elbląga i powiatu elbląskiego poprzez wykorzystanie instrumentów o charakterze społ. w okresie 02.03.2020-30.04.2021. Zaplanowane zad.: Zad.1: Indywidualna diagnoza potencjałów i potrzeb rodziny Zad.2.: Profesjonalne poradnictwo dla rodziców/opiek.prawn. dla 11 os. dorosłych. Zad.3: Zajęcia wzmacniające prawidłowe funkcjonowanie rodziny dla 11 os. dorosłych i 19 dzieci. Zad.4: Zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje społ. i integrację ze środowiskiem lok. GD:j.w. Efektem podejmowanych dział.w proj. będzie ograniczenie istniejących nierówności w dostępie do usług społecznych w Elb. i powiecie elb., jak również podwyższenie standardu świadczonych usług na tym terenie dla 30os. .(17K,13M), stanowiących 11 rodzin zaroż. ryzykiem wykl. społ.w okresie od 02.03.2020r. do 30.04.2021r. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of activity of the community. 30 people (17K,13M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including single-parent children and families living in Elbląg and the Elbląg district through the use of social instruments in the period 02.03.2020-30.04.2021. Scheduled A.D.: Zad.1: Individual diagnosis of the potentials and needs of the family Zad.2.: Professional counselling for parents/carers.legal. for 11 adults. Rule 3: Classes strengthening the proper functioning of the family for 11 people. adults and 19 children. Regulation 4: Classes developing social competences and integration with the local environment. GD:j.w. The project department will reduce existing inequalities in access to social services in Elb. and the county of elb., as well as increase the standard of services provided in this area for 30 people. .(17K,13M), which constitute 11 families at risk of certification in the period from 02.03.2020 to 30.04.2021.
