Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie do 31.12.2020 roku zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia lub jego utrzymania 50 (35K/15M) osób od 30 roku życia,zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze woj. wlkp [Wlkp] zgodnie z pkt. 3.3. wniosku o dofinansowanie - pozostających bez zatrudnienia 30 (25K/5M) w tym 21 osób (19K) bezrobotnych oraz 9 osób (6K), biernych zawodowo znajdujących się? w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (tj. 25 kobiet, 9 osób starszych w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 3 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, 4 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, 22 osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach) oraz 20 osób (w tym 10K) to osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych oraz pracujące w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych.Projekt realizowany będzie w ramach 2 ścieżek wsparcia:Scieżka A dla os. niezatrudnionych - realizacja zadań:1 . Identyfikacja potrzeb, w tym diagnozowanie potrzeb szkoleniowych i możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego oraz opracowanie lub aktualizacja dla każdego UP IPD (Zad.1),2. szkolenia zawodowe (Zad.2),3. staże zawodowe (Zad.3)4. pośrednictwa pracy (Zad.4).Scieżka B dla osób zatrudnionych:1. identyfikacji potrzeb w tym diagnozowanie potrzeb (...) (Zad.1), 2. szkolenia (Zad.2),3. pośrednictwa pracy (Zad.4).Realizacja niniejszego proj. jest uzasadniona problemem niskiej zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz trudności w utrzymaniu się na r.pracy osób z grupy docelowej, na którą składa się m.in. brak kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego wymaganych przez lokalnych pracodawców.Główne rezultaty zaplanowane do osiągnięcia, dzięki realizacji proj.:* Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 22%* Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu 35 %* Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na poziomie co najmniej 42% * Wskaźnik efektywności zawodowej dla osób pracujących na poziomie co najmniej 13%Okres realizacji: 01.06.2019 - 31.10.2020 (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.12.2020 the capacity to take up employment or maintain 50 (35K/15M) persons from the age of 30, residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the area of voivodship [Wlkp] in accordance with point. 3.3. application for funding – 30 (25K/5M) unemployed, including 21 people (19K) unemployed and 9 people (6K), economically inactive people in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market (i.e. 25 women, 9 older people aged 50 and over, 3 people with disabilities, 4 long-term unemployed, 22 low-skilled people) and 20 people (including 10K) are people employed on short-term contracts and working under civil-law contracts.The project will be carried out as part of 2 pathways wsparcia:Scieżka A for the unemployed – implementation of tasks:1. Identification of needs, including diagnosis of training needs and opportunities for professional development and development or updating for each IPD (Rule 1),2. vocational training (Rule 2),3. internships (Rule 3)4. placements (Rule 4). Path B for employed persons:1. identification of needs including diagnosis of needs (...) (Rule 1), 2. training (Rule 2), 3. Employment placement (Rule 4).Implementation of this project is justified by the problem of low employability and difficulties in maintaining the employment of people from the target group, including the lack of qualifications and professional experience required by local employers.The main results planned to be achieved through the implementation of the project:* Number of persons qualified after leaving the programme – 22 %* Number of people in employment, including self-employed, after leaving the programme 35 %* Employment efficiency rate for the most disadvantaged at least 42 % * Vocational efficiency rate for those working at a level of at least 13 %Performance: 01.06.2019-31.10.2020 (English)
