P. "Level-up..." jest realizowany przez LGD TUR (partner wiodący) w part. z TIG w t. 1.12.2019-31.05.2021. P. jest skierowany do 320 os. (216K/104M) dorosłych, w wieku powyżej 24 r.ż (tj. od 25 r.ż) w szczeg. o niskich kwal., starszych pow. 50 r.z. oraz z ON zam. teren LGD, w tym w pierwszej kolejności mieszkańcy średnich miast (Turek) tracących funkcje społ-gosp, kt.uczą się/pracują/zam na terenie w pow.tur, gm.Kościelec (woj.WLKP) w rozumieniu KC. UP uczestniczą w szkol. podn. komp. cyfrowe we wszystkich komp. ramowych ze stand. w obszarach Informacja, Komunikacja i Tworzenie treści na 3 poziomach zaawansowania oraz dod. Bezp. na poz.A. Głównym celem P. jest wzrost komp. cyfrowych os. dorosłych znajdujących się w trudniej sytuacji na RP poprzez udział w szkol.W ramach P. planuje się org. szkoleń w 4 modułach o różnych zakresach i tem. Analizy i badania -w tym diagnoza zawarta w LSR (Lokalne Strategia Rozwoju) wskazują na potrzebę wsparcia dla seniorów (50+), ON, os. o niskich kwal. W podręczniku dla Benef. Poddział 19.2 przyjętego przez Zarząd LGD TUR seniorzy zostali zdef. (na podstawie LSR) jako grupa wykluczona, czyli osoby, które zostały dotknięte wykluczeniem społ. (w tym kultur.), nie mogące w pełni uczestniczyć w działaniach społeczności lokalnej, w tym w życiu gosp., polit. i kultur. Przykładem wykluczenia społ. jest ograniczony dostęp do szkol., niemożność znalezienia pracy ze względu na wiek, ON, niemożność zaspokojenia potrzeb ze względu na niskie zarobki (…) brak dostępu do kultury i edu. ze względu na wysoką cenę, brak dostępu do informacji, w tym dostępu do internetu. Celem LGD jest m.in. rozwój gosp., promocja przedsiębior. i edu., budowanie tożsamości lokalnej oraz włączenie społ. w tym real. przedsięwzięć w zakresie m.in. edu. i integracji społ.Najważniejsze wskaźniki:-l.os. o niskich kwal, które uzyskały komp-160-l.os. 50+, które uzyskały komp-148-l. os. obj, szkol.komp.cyf-320-l.p.wyk.TIK-1 (Polish)

P. “Level-up...” is implemented by the LAG TUR (lead partner) in part. with TIG in vol. 1.12.2019-31.05.2021. P. is directed to 320 persons. (216K/104M) adults over 24 years of age (i.e. from 25 years of age) in particular with low quad, older areas. 50 years old and with the LAG area, including, in the first place, residents of medium-sized cities (Turek) losing the functions of a local community, which will learn/work in the area in the area of terrain, Kościelec (WLKP) within the meaning of the Customs Code. Ups participate in a digital school in all frameworks with stand. in the areas of Information, Communication and Content Development at 3 levels of advancement and dod. The main goal of P. is the growth of digital computers for adults in a difficult situation in the Republic of Poland by participating in schools. The P. is planned to provide training in 4 modules of different scopes and subjects. Analyses and studies – including the diagnosis contained in the LSR (Local Development Strategy) indicate the need for support for seniors (50+), ON, low-qual. In the Benefs’ manual. Sub-heading 19.2 adopted by the Management Board of the LAG TUR seniors were zdef. (based on the LSR) as an excluded group, that is to say, persons who have been affected by social exclusion. (including cultures) unable to participate fully in the activities of the local community, including in the life of the gosp., politicians and cultures. An example of social exclusion is limited access to schools., inability to find a job due to age, ON, inability to meet needs due to low wages (...) lack of access to culture and edu. due to high price, lack of access to information, including access to the internet.
