Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 80 osób (50K) wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących na obszarach - w gminach poniżej progu defaworyzacji w powiecie kozienickim, lipskim, przysuskim, szydłowieckim, radomskim i zapobiegnięcie zjawisku wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa 90 osób w okresie do 31.05.2022 r. Zadania: 1) Opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji; 2) Realizacja instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym i zdrowotnym; 3)Realizacja instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze edukacyjnym i zawodowym. Grupa docelowa to 80 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym/ubóstwem korzystaj. ze świadcz. z pomocy społ. zgodnie z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub kwalif. się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej, tj. spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określ. w art. 7 ustawy z dnia 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub osoby korzyst. z PO PŻ. 10 uczestników projektu (10K) to będą osoby przebywające w młodzieżowych ośrodkach wychowawczych i młodzieżowych ośrodkach socjoterapii, o których mowa w ustawie z dnia 14 grudnia 2016r. prawo oświatowe - MłodzieżowyOśrodek Wychowawczy w Wierzbicy. Będą to osoby zamieszkujące obszar gmin poniżej progu defaworyzacji określ. w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społ. znajdujące się na obszarze powiatu kozienickiego, lipskiego, przysuskiego, szydłowieckiego lub radomskiego. Główne wskaźniki jakie zostaną osiągnięte to: 1) 64 osób zagroż. ubóstwem/wyklucz. społ. uzyska kwalifikacje/nabędzie kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu; 2) 28 osób zagroż. ubóstwem/wyklucz. społ., będzie poszukiwać pracy po opuszczeniu programu; 3) 20 osób zagroż. ubóstwem/wyklucz. społ. będzie pracować po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek). Projekt jest realizowany zgodnie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Projekt jest realizowany z podmiotem z innego sektora. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 80 people (50K) who are excluded and at risk of social exclusion living in areas – in municipalities below the threshold of disadvantage in Kozienic, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowieckie, Radom districts and to prevent the phenomenon of social exclusion and poverty of 90 people in the period up to 31 May 2022. Tasks: 1) Developing an individual reintegration path; 2) Implementation of active inclusion instruments of a social and health nature; 3)Implementation of educational and professional active inclusion instruments. The target group is 80 people at risk of social exclusion/poverty. benefit from social assistance in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or eligible for social assistance, i.e. satisfying at least one of the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or persons benefiting from the PŻ OP. 10 participants of the project (10K) will be persons staying in youth educational centres and youth sociotherapy centers referred to in the Education Law of 14 December 2016 – Youth Education Centre in Wierzbica. These will be people living in the area of communes below the threshold of disadvantage, defined in the Mazowiecki barometer of poverty and social exclusion located in Kozienicki, Leipzig, Przysuskie, Szydłowiecki or Radom districts. The main indicators to be achieved are: 1) 64 people at risk of poverty/exclusion will be qualified/skilled once they leave the programme; 2) 28 people at risk of poverty/exclusion, will look for a job after leaving the programme; 3) 20 people at risk of poverty/exclusion will work after leaving the programme (including the self-employed). The project is implemented in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities.
