Cel gł.proj.: Podniesiony poziom aktywności społecznej wśród min.34% os.spośród 40os.(25K,15M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.zamieszkujących na obszarach poniżej progu defaworyzacji woj.mazowieckiego powiatów: garwolińskiego, gostynieckiego, kozienickiego, lipskiego łosickiego, makowskiego, ostrołęckiego, ostrowskiego, płockiego, płońskiego, przasnyskiego, przysuskiego, radomskiego, sierpeckiego, sochaczewskiego, sokołowskiego, szydłowieckiego, lipskiego, wołomińskiego i żuromińskiego. oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min.10 os.(6K,4M) z ww.grupy docel.dzięki kompleksowemu wsparciu w postaci usług aktywnej integracji w proj.w okresie 01.11.2020-31.10.2021. GD proj.stanowi 40os. (25K i 15M)zagroż.ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.tj.: *os.korzyst.ze świadczeń pom.społ zg.z ust.z dn.12.III.2004 lub kwalifik.się do obj.wsparc.pom.społ., *os.z niepełnos.(min.20%GD), *os.korzyst.z POPŻ(min.10%GD-gr.prefer.). Proj.jest skierow.wyłącznie do os.należących do niżej wymien.gr.: os.zagroż.ubóstwem lub wykl.społ.,doświadcz.wielokrotn.wyklucz.z pow.więcej niż 1 z przesłanek o kt.mowa w Wytycz.w zakr.realiz.przeds.w obsz.włącz.społ.i zwalcz.ubóstwa z wykorz.śr.EFS i EFRR na l.2014- 2020. GD stanowią os.zamiesz.wyłącznie na obsz.(w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyz.określ.w Mazow.barometrze ubóstwa i wykl.społ.-zg.z pkt.C.1.6. Zadania w proj.: 1.identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb, możliwości oraz potencjałów UP; 2.Poradnictwo psychologiczne: grupowe i indywidualne; 3.pośrednictwo pracy; 4.szkolenia zawod. „szyte na miarę”, 5.staże zawod. Aim deeper: Increased level of social activity among min.34 % of 40 persons (25K,15M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in areas below the threshold of disadvantage of Mazowieckie counties: Garwolinski, Gostyniecki, Kozienicki, Leipzig łosicki, Makowski, Ostrów, Ostrowski, Płocki, Przasnyski, Przysuski, Radomski, Sierpecki, Sochaczewski, Sokołowski, Szydłowiecki, Leipzig, Wołominski and Żurominski. and the start of employment by min. 10 people (6K,4M) from the above-mentioned group, thanks to comprehensive support in the form of active integration services in the project during the period 01.11.2020-31.10.2021. GD proj. is 40os. (25K and 15M)poverty threat or exclusion i.e.: *person benefiting from benefits in accordance with par. of December III.2004 or eligible for assistance, * with part-time (min. 20 %GD), *person benefiting from POPŻ(min.10 %GD-prefer.). The project is only to those belonging to the following exchange: about the risk of poverty or misconduct,experience.multiple exclusion.with more than 1 of the prerequisites about which in the Guidelines for realisation.pres.incl.included.and fight.poverty from the end of the period 2014-2020. GDs constitute residents only in the vicinity(in municipalities)below the threshold of the disadvantage.specify in Mazow.barometer of poverty and valorised from point C.1.6. Tasks in Project: 1.identify the individual needs, capabilities and potentials of the PA; 2. Psychological counselling: group and individual; 3.labour mediation; 4.training profession. “tailor-made”, 5.professionals. The results of the project include: *L-ba at risk of poverty or exclusion, who obtained qualifications or acquired competence after leaving the program-min.26 persons; *L-ba os.zagr.ubóst..or qualifiers, looking for a job after leaving the program-min.12 persons; *L-ba os.zagr.ubóst..or excludes working after the program-min.10 people.
