Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Ostrołęka i powiecie ostrołęckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez osoby w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym: osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3)) na poziomie 44% oraz pozostałe osoby nie należące do ww. grup na poziomie 59,5% zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Ostrołęce.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostroleka district. The main outcome of the project will be the recruitment of the most vulnerable (including: persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3) at the level of 44 % and other persons not belonging to the above groups at the level of 59.5 % registered at the District Labour Office in Ostrołęka. The project will support people under 30 years of age without work, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEET youth). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans les districts d’Ostrołęka et d’Ostroleka. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement des plus vulnérables (y compris: les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’à la CITE 3) au niveau de 44 % et d’autres personnes n’appartenant pas aux groupes susmentionnés au niveau de 59,5 % enregistrées au bureau du travail de district d’Ostrołęka. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans sans travail, notamment celles qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (jeunes NEET). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
