Przedmiotowy projekt polega na stworzeniu unikalnego w skali Polski produktu sieciowego z zakresu działalności pokrewnych wobec medycyny. Analizowany projekt przewiduje tworzenie i rozwój nowego, unikatowego w swej konfiguracji produktu sieciowego - Centrum Rehabilitacyjne Dla Dzieci i Młodzieży ZDROWA GŁOWA. Będzie to miejsce, w którym będą mogły rozwijać się dzieci ze spektrum zaburzeń autystycznych, jak też deficytami, chorobami cywilizacyjnymi, jednostki silnie zindywidualizowane (dzieci nie wpisujące się w system szkolnictwa) oraz dzieci zdrowe. Zadaniem Centrum jest łamanie barier po obu stronach – dzieci deficytowych i zdrowych, edukacja i rekreacja oraz terapia. Dzieci deficytowe będą prowadzone w kierunku minimalizacji zaburzeń poprzez różnego rodzaju działania terapeutyczne, do lepszego funkcjonowania w otaczającym je świecie. Ponadto zadaniem jest włączenie młodego człowieka w jak największym stopniu w normalne życie, uczestnictwo w rynku pracy, wolontariacie, ale także nauka samodzielności, funkcjonowania w innych środowiskach niż dom rodzinny. Projekt skupiony jest wokół ww. Centrum, które zlokalizowane będzie w Fijewie (gmina Lubawa, województwo warmińsko-mazurskie). Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie przez konsorcjum składające się z 3 podmiotów, tj.: a) FUNDACJA ROZWOJU WARMII I MAZUR, która pełni rolę Lidera Projektu b) GRZEGORZ WIERZBOWSKI PPHU BIOTERM c) ZDZISŁAW WIERZBOWSKI LUBAWSKIE PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO BUDOWLANE Projekt Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje łącznie inwestycje w spójną infrastrukturę produktów sieciowych, wdrożenie jednolitych standardów funkcjonowania i promocji produktu, a także rozwiązań IT. W ramach projektu przewiduje się wsparcie w zakresie tworzenia i rozwoju produktu sieciowego w obszarze wpisującym się w zakres regionalnych inteligentnych specjalizacji wspólnych dla przynajmniej dwóch województw Polski Wschodniej (tj. obszar „Turystyka, medycyna, zdrowie”). The project consists of creating a unique network product in Poland in the field of activities related to medicine. The analysed project envisages the creation and development of a new, unique in its configuration network product – Rehabilitation Centre for Children and Youth HEALTH HEALTH. It will be a place where children from the spectrum of autistic disorders, as well as deficits, civilisation diseases, highly individualised individuals (children who do not fit into the education system) and healthy children will be able to develop. The Centre’s task is to break barriers on both sides – deficit and healthy children, education and recreation and therapy. Deficit children will be led in the direction of minimising disorders through various types of therapeutic actions, to better function in the surrounding world. In addition, the task is to involve young people as much as possible in normal life, participation in the labour market, volunteering, but also learning to be independent and functioning in environments other than family homes. The project is focused on the above. The centre, which will be located in Fijewa (municipality of Lubawa, Warmińsko-Mazurskie province). The project will be implemented by a consortium of 3 entities, i.e.: a) FOUNDATION OF WARM AND MAZUR DEVELOPMENT, which acts as Project Leader b) GRZEGORZ Wierzbowski PPHU BIOTERM c) ZDZISŁAW Wierzbowski Lubawskie PRODSIBIORSTWO BUDOWLANE Project The material scope of the project includes investments in coherent infrastructure of network products, implementation of uniform standards of functioning and product promotion, as well as IT solutions. The project provides support for the creation and development of a network product in an area falling within the scope of regional smart specialisations common to at least two voivodships of Eastern Poland (i.e. the area ‘Tourism, medicine, health’). Le projet consiste à créer un produit de réseau unique en Pologne dans le domaine des activités liées à la médecine. Le projet analysé envisage la création et le développement d’un nouveau produit unique de son réseau de configuration, le Centre de réadaptation pour la santé des enfants et des jeunes. Ce sera un lieu où les enfants du spectre des troubles autistes, ainsi que les déficits, les maladies de la civilisation, les individus hautement individualisés (enfants qui ne s’intègrent pas dans le système éducatif) et les enfants en bonne santé pourront se développer. La mission du Centre est de briser les obstacles des deux côtés — déficit et santé des enfants, éducation, loisirs et thérapie. Les enfants déficitaires seront conduits dans le sens de minimiser les troubles par divers types d’actions thérapeutiques, pour mieux fonctionner dans le monde environnant. En outre, la tâche consiste à associer autant que possible les jeunes à la vie normale, à la participation au marché du travail, au volontariat, mais aussi à apprendre à être indépendants et à fonctionner dans des environnements autres que les foyers familiaux. Le projet est axé sur ce qui précède. Le centre, qui sera situé à Fijewa (municipalité de Lubawa, province de Warmińsko-Mazurskie). Le projet sera mis en œuvre par un consortium de trois entités, à savoir: a) FONDATION DU DÉVELOPPEMENT DES WARM ET DES MAZUR, qui agit en tant que chef de projet b) GRZEGORZ Wierzbowski PPHU Bioterm c) Zdzisław Wierzbowski Lubawskie PRODSIBIORSTWO Budowlane Projet Le champ d’application matériel du projet comprend des investissements dans une infrastructure cohérente de produits de réseau, la mise en œuvre de normes uniformes de fonctionnement et de promotion des produits, ainsi que des solutions informatiques. Le projet soutient la création et le développement d’un produit de réseau dans une zone relevant de spécialisations intelligentes régionales communes à au moins deux voïvodies de l’Est de la Pologne (c’est-à-dire le domaine «Tourisme, médecine, santé»).
