Projekt odpowiada na potrzebę wzmocnienia sektora ekonomii społecznej w subregionie ełckim. Potencjał PES jest niewystarczający, czego przejawem jest niewielka liczba PS, niski udział w realizacji zadań publicznych i usług społecznych, słaba współpraca podmiotów reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej skutkująca mała liczbą inicjatyw ukierunkowanych na aktywizację osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym, czego konsekwencją jest wysoki wskaźnik osób korzystających ze świadczeń społecznych i pozostających bezrobotnymi. Celem projektu jest rozwój sektora ekonomii społecznej w subregionie ełckim oraz kompleksowe wsparcie 400 osób i 100 PES poprzez usługi informacyjne, animacyjne, doradcze, edukacyjne, specjalistyczne oraz wsparcie finansowe. W efekcie tego zostanie wspartych 25 nowych i istniejących przedsiębiorstw społecznych, powstanie 20 nowych podmiotów ekonomii społecznej, 30 środowisk/społeczności przystąpi do wspólnej realizacji inicjatywy ukierunkowanej na rozwój ES, 101 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym podejmie zatrudnienie w sektorze ES, współpraca z samorządami lokalnymi i podmiotami reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej pozwoli stworzyć powiatowe systemy wsparcia ES. The project responds to the need to strengthen the social economy sector in the Eletz subregion. The potential of the PES is insufficient, as demonstrated by a small number of SEEs, a low share of public tasks and social services, poor cooperation between socio-occupational reintegration actors resulting in a small number of initiatives aimed at activating people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, resulting in a high rate of people receiving social benefits and remaining unemployed. The aim of the project is to develop the social economy sector in the ełckie subregion and comprehensive support of 400 people and 100 PES through information, animation, advisory, educational, specialised and financial support services. As a result, 25 new and existing social enterprises will be supported, the emergence of 20 new social economy actors, 30 communities will join the ES development initiative, 101 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion take up employment in the ES sector, cooperation with local authorities and socio-occupational reintegration actors will create district support schemes for ES. Le projet répond à la nécessité de renforcer le secteur de l’économie sociale dans la sous-région d’Ełc. Le potentiel des SPE est insuffisant, comme en témoignent un petit nombre de sociétés-écrans, une faible participation aux tâches publiques et aux services sociaux, une mauvaise coopération entre les acteurs de la réinsertion socioprofessionnelle, ce qui se traduit par un petit nombre d’initiatives visant à activer les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, ce qui se traduit par un taux élevé de bénéficiaires de prestations sociales et de chômeurs. L’objectif du projet est de développer le secteur de l’économie sociale dans la sous-région d’Ełc et d’apporter un soutien complet à 400 personnes et 100 SPE par le biais de services d’information, d’animation, de conseil, d’éducation, de spécialistes et de soutien financier. En conséquence, 25 entreprises sociales nouvelles et existantes seront soutenues, la création de 20 nouveaux acteurs de l’économie sociale, 30 communautés/communautés se joindront à la mise en œuvre conjointe de l’initiative visant au développement de l’ES, 101 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale entreprendront des emplois dans le secteur ES, la coopération avec les autorités locales et les acteurs socioprofessionnels de la réintégration permettra la création de programmes d’aide de district à l’ES.
