Wnioskodawcą jest TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o.,która jest organem prowadzącym dla Technikum TEB Edukacja w Olsztynie Celem gł. proj. jest zdobycie niezb. dośw. zaw. przez 124 Uczniów (76K,48M) kształcących się w Technikum TEB w Olsztynie na Usług Fryzjerskich (dalej:TUF),Technik Informatyk (dalej:TINF) i Technik Fotografii i Multimediów (dalej:TFiM) poprzez udział w stażach zaw. real.we współpracy z pracod. oraz nabycie i/lub podw. kompet.zaw. przez co najmniej 90% tych Uczniów , tj 112 Ucz., poprzez udział w dod. szkoleniach zaplanowanych we współpracy z pracod. w ramach proj. trwającego od 01.01.2017r. do 30.06.2021r. W ramach proj.realizowane będą następujące zad.: 1.Doradztwo edukacyjno-zaw. dla Uczniów/Uczennic Technikum TEB 2.Podnoszenie umiej. oraz uzyskiwanie kompet. zaw. przez Uczniów/Uczennice Technikum TEB i wzmacnianie ich zdolności do zatrudn. 3.Staże zaw. dla Uczniów/Uczennic Technikum TEB u przedsięb. GD stanowi 124 UP(76K,48M) kształcących się w Technikum TEB Edukacja w Olsztynie na kierunkach TUF,TINF,TFiM. Co najmniej 70% Uczniów/Uczennic, tj. 87 osób w dniu rozp. udziału w proj. będzie miało ukończone 18lat. Realizacja niniejszego proj. rozwiązuje następujący problem:deficyty w dośw. zaw. i umiej. prakt. absolwentów wchodzących na r. pracy. Gł. efektem zrealizowania założeń proj. jest zdobycie niezb. dośw. zaw. przez 124 Ucz. kier.TUF, TINF, TFiM w Technikum TEB w Olsztynie oraz nabycie i/lub podw. kompet. zaw. zgodnie z zapotrzeb. r. pracy przez co najmniej 90% tych Uczniów, tj. co najmniej 112os. The applicant is the TEB Education Sp. z o.o., which is the leading body for TEB Technology Education in Olsztyn The aim of the project is to acquire the necessary amount of incl. by 124 students (76K,48M) educating themselves in the Technology of TEB in Olsztyn through the participation of Hairdressing Services (hereinafter:TUF),Technik Informatics (further:TINF) The project will be implemented as follows: 1.Education and training advice for students/students TEB Technique 2. Upgrading skills and gaining competence incl. by students/teachers TEB Technique students and strengthening their employability. 3. Internship for Students/Teachers Techniques TEB at enterprises. GD is 124 UP(76K,48M) educating in TEB Technology Education in Olsztyn in TUF,TINF,TFiM. At least 70 % of students/students, i.e. 87 people on the day of participation in the project will be 18 years old. The implementation of this project solves the following problem: deficits in incl. and skill in practising graduates entering the year of work. The result of fulfilling the project’s assumptions is to gain the necessary incl. by 124 Universities of TINF, TINF, TFiM in TEB Technology in Olsztyn and acquisition and/or double competence in accordance with the needs of work by at least 90 % of these Students, i.e. at least 112os. La requérante est TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o., qui est l’organisme chef de file de l’enseignement technique TEB à Olsztyn. L’objectif du projet est d’obtenir le nécessaire, y compris par 124 étudiants (76K,48M) qui sont formés à la technique TEB à Olsztyn sur les services de coiffure (dalej:TUF), Technik Informatyk (dalej:TiNF) et Photographie et Techniques multimédias (dalej:TFIM) en participant à des stages en coopération en temps réel avec le travail et l’acquisition et/ou la sous-concurrence d’au moins 90 % de ces étudiants, 112 Étudiants, par la participation à des formations complémentaires prévues en coopération avec les travaux dans le cadre du projet allant du 01.01.2017 au 30.06.2021. Dans le cadre du projet, les éléments suivants seront mis en œuvre: 1.Conseils pédagogiques inclus pour les étudiants/étudiants techniques de l’EB 2. Élever les compétences et l’obtention des responsabilités par les élèves de l’école technique TEB et renforcer leur capacité à le faire. 3.Contrats pour étudiants/Teb Technique Étudiants dans les entrepreneurs. GD est 124 UP(76K,48M) instruit dans l’école technique TEB Éducation à Olsztyn directions TUF,TiNF,TFIM. Au moins 70 % des étudiants, i.e. 87 participants le jour du projet auront 18 ans. La mise en œuvre de ce projet est résolue par problem:deficyty et les compétences des diplômés entrant dans l’année de travail. Le principal résultat du projet est l’acquisition des provisions nécessaires par 124 enseignants. TUF, TiNF, TFIM dans l’école technique TEB à Olsztyn, et l’acquisition et/ou la sous-concurrence d’au moins 90 % de ces étudiants, c’est-à-dire au moins 112 personnes. (French)
