Głównym celem proj. jest wzrost do 31.07.2019r. aktywności społ./zawod./eduk. u 10os.[7K/3M] z niepełnospr. w wieku 15-64l.[w tym niepełnospr.os.bezrob.-III profil] zagroż.ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ.z powodu bezrob. z pow.kętrzyńskiego oraz objęcie tych os.[w tym ich otoczenia w zakresie, w jakim jest to niezbędne dla wsparcia os.wykluczonych społ.objętych wsparciem]działaniami aktywnej integracji skutkującej uzyskaniem zatrud.przez mini.25% uczest.proj.do 3m-cy od zakończ.udziału w proj. Rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji proj. to: a) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.objętych wsparciem w programie: 10os.(7K/3M) b) liczba osób z niepełnospr.objętych wsparciem w programie: 10os.(7K/3M) c) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.pracujących po opuszczeniu programu: 3os.(2K/1M) d) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: 3os.(2K/1M) e) wskaźnik efektywności społ.-zatrud.[min.56%/46% w zależności od grupy docelowej] f) wskaźnik efektywności zatrud.[mini.25% grupy docelowej] W proj.przewidziano następujące formy wsparcia dla wszystkich uczest.proj.-[10os.z niepełnospr./7K/3M]: - grupowe warsztaty psych.-społ.-(160 godzin) - grupowy warsztat zawod.-dorad.-(40 godzin) połączony z indywidualnym poradnictwem zawod.[w tym wypracowywanie IPD/ścieżki reintegracji-po 2 godziny na osobę) - szkolenia zawod.w ramach IKS (Indywid.Kupon Szkol.) dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy-(1 szkolenie do wyboru trwające 150 godzin dydaktycznych na 1 uczestnika proj.) - indywid.pradnictwo psychologiczne-(przez okres 16m-cy) - indywid.pośrednictwo pracy-(przez okres 10m-cy) - 4 m-czny wolontariat - 5 m-czny staż zawod. Przewidziano także wsparcie towarzyszące jak: stypendia, wyżywienie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu, zwrot kosztów opieki nad os.zależnymi/dzieckiem, pokrycie kosztów niezbędnych badań lekarskich i ubezpieczeń. The main objective of the project is to increase to 31.07.2019 social/vocational activity/educ. u 10os.[7K/3M] from under-independence at the age of 15.[including incomplete. The results to be achieved by implementing the project are: a) The number of persons at risk of poverty and/or the population covered by the programme: 10person(7K/3M) b) the number of persons under-supported in the programme: 10person(7K/3M) c) number of persons at risk.poverty and/or group working after leaving the programme: 3person(2K/1M) d) the number of persons at risk of poverty and/or the populations who have been qualified after leaving the programme: 3person(2K/1M) e) the social-employment efficiency ratio.[min.56 %/46 % depending on the target group] f) the employment efficiency index.[mini.25 % of the target group] The project provides for the following forms of support for all participants.project.-[10person from under-performance/7K/3M]: — group psych workshops.-(160 hours) – group workshop.--advice.-(40 hours) combined with individual professional guidance.[including development of IPD/reintegration path- 2 hours per person) – professional training within the framework of IKS (Individuals.Kupon School) adapted to the skills and predisposition of participants and the needs of the local labour market-(1 Individual training – hours-long period of training – 150 m-days). Accompanying support is also provided for: scholarships, board, reimbursement of travel expenses, reimbursement of the costs of care for dependents/child, payment of necessary medical examinations and insurance. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter, d’ici au 31 juillet 2019, l’activité sociale/professionnelle/éducation de 10 personnes[7K/3M] à partir de l’âge de 15 à 64 ans [y compris le chômage partiel professionnel — profil III] au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale en raison du chômage de la région de Katrzyński et de couvrir ces personnes [y compris leur environnement en termes de, dans lesquels il est nécessaire de soutenir les communautés exclues soutenues par des mesures d’inclusion active entraînant des difficultés rencontrées par un minimum de 25 % des participants au projet jusqu’à 3 mois à compter de la fin du projet. Les résultats à atteindre grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet seront les suivants: nombre de personnes menacées de pauvreté et/ou de probation soutenues par le programme: 10personnes (7K/3M) b) nombre de personnes bénéficiant d’un soutien partiel dans le cadre du programme: 10personnes.(7K/3M) c) Nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou de faute professionnelle après avoir quitté le programme: 3 personnes (2K/1M) d) Nombre de personnes menacées de pauvreté et/ou de probation ayant obtenu des qualifications après avoir quitté le programme: [Min.56 %/46 % selon le groupe cible] (f) Taux d’efficacité difficile.[mini,25 % du groupe cible] Les formes de soutien suivantes sont prévues pour tous les participants.proj.-[10os.with part-pr./7K/3M]: — atelier de groupe psych.---(160 heures) — atelier de groupe de conseil professionnel.-(40 heures) combiné avec la profession d’orientation individuelle.[y compris IPD/cours de réinsertion — 2 heures par personne) — formation professionnelle au sein de l’IKS (Individual.Kupon School.) adaptée aux compétences et à la prédisposition des participants et aux besoins du marché du travail local-(1 formation à sélectionner pour 150 heures d’enseignement pour 1 participant au projet) — Individuellement.préparation psychologique-(pour une période de 16 mois) — médiation individuelle emploi-(pour une période de 10 mois) — 4 m de volontariat — 5 m profession de stage. Il prévoit également un soutien d’accompagnement, notamment: bourses d’études, repas, remboursement des frais de voyage, remboursement des frais de prise en charge des personnes à charge/enfants, couvrant les frais d’examen médical et d’assurance nécessaires.
