Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na podjęcie lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia 10 mieszkanek miasta Olsztyn i powiatu olsztyńskiego pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo) i sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. W ramach projektu, przy ul. Mazurskiej 7/2 w Olsztynie powstanie dzienna opieka nad dziećmi do lat 3 "W głowie się mieści", gdzie osoby zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym i marginalizacją ze względu na pozostawanie poza rynkiem pracy będą mogły nieodpłatnie skorzystać z usługi opieki nad dzieckiem, co umożliwi im podjęcie zatrudnienia. Opieką zostanie objętych 10 dzieci do lat 3, które wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno-wychowawczych, których program oparty będzie o strategię wielokierunkowej stymulacji aktywności dzieci, skupionej na potrzebie ruchu i zabawy oraz koncepcji indywidualnego, naturalnego rozwoju zgodnego z potencjałem i możliwościami dziecka. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of taking up or maintaining employment of 10 residents of Olsztyn and Olsztyn district who are unemployed (unemployed or inactive) and taking care of children under the age of 3. As part of the project, on ul. Mazurska 7/2 in Olsztyn will be created day care for children under the age of 3 ‘Head fits’, where people at risk of social exclusion and marginalisation due to being outside the labour market will be able to benefit free of charge from childcare services, which will enable them to take up employment. 10 children under the age of 3 will be looked after, who will take part in teaching and education classes, whose program will be based on a strategy for multi-directional stimulation of children’s activity, focused on the need for movement and play, and the concept of individual, natural development consistent with the potential and capabilities of the child. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les chances d’accéder ou de maintenir un emploi à 10 résidents du comté d’Olsztyn et d’Olsztyn qui sont sans emploi (chômeurs ou inactifs) et qui s’occupent d’enfants de moins de 3 ans. Dans le cadre du projet, à ul. Mazurska 7/2 à Olsztyn va créer une prise en charge quotidienne pour les enfants jusqu’à 3 ans «La tête est située», où les personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de marginalisation du fait de rester en dehors du marché du travail pourront utiliser gratuitement des services de garde d’enfants, leur permettant de prendre un emploi. 10 enfants de moins de 3 ans seront pris en charge, qui participeront à des activités éducatives et éducatives, dont le programme sera basé sur une stratégie de stimulation multidirectionnelle de l’activité des enfants, axée sur le besoin de mouvement et de jeu et le concept de développement individuel et naturel en fonction du potentiel et des capacités de l’enfant.
