Projekt przewiduje realizacje pierwszego typu projektu tj. utworzenie 24 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Żłobku Delfinek w powiecie olsztyńskim (woj. Warmińsko-Mazurskie). Żłobek Delfinek – zgodnie z ustawą o opiece nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, będzie to miejsce opieki nad dziećmi w wieku od ukończenia 20 tygodnia życia do ukończenia roku szkolnego, w którym dziecko ukończy 3 rok życia (wyjątkowo, w przypadkach wskazanych w ustawie – do 4 lat), opieka świadczona będzie przez zatrudniony wykwalifikowany personel, w pomieszczeniach specjalnie do tego celu przystosowanych zgodnie z ustawą i rozporządzeniem.Celem głównym projektu jest wejście i powrót na rynek pracy 24 osób (sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 (województwo Warmińsko- Mazurskie) w okresie trwania projektu.Rezultatem projektu będzie powrót lub wejście na rynek pracy osób, które z powodu braku możliwości zapewnienia opieki osobom zależnym - dzieciom do l. 3, nie mogły w nim uczestniczyć. Wsparcie w ramach projektu ukierunkowane będzie na stosowanie rozwiązań umożliwiających powrót bądź wejście na rynek pracy osobom, które w nim nie uczestniczą ze względu na opiekę nad dziećmi do 3 r. życia. Zakładanym efektem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy, zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej oraz umożliwienie podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród uczestników projektu. (Polish)

Nursery Dolphins – according to the Act on the care of children under the age of 3, it will be a place of care for children from the age of 20 weeks to the end of the school year in which the child reaches 3 years of age (exceptionally, in cases indicated in the law – up to 4 years), the care of the project will be provided by the employed qualified staff, in the premises specially adapted for this purpose according to the law and regulation. Support under the project will be aimed at using solutions to enable people who do not participate in the labour market to return or enter the labour market for childcare by 3. The project’s expected effect will be to improve the situation on the labour market, increase professional activity and enable employment among project participants. (English)

Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre du premier type de projet, à savoir la création de 24 nouveaux centres d’accueil pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans dans la crèche Dolfinek dans le comté d’Olsztyn (voivodie). Warmińsko-Mazurskie). La crèche Delfinek — conformément à la loi sur la prise en charge des enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans, sera un lieu de prise en charge des enfants âgés de 20 semaines jusqu’à la fin de l’année scolaire au cours de laquelle l’enfant atteint l’âge de 3 ans (exceptionnellement, dans les cas spécifiés dans la loi — jusqu’à 4 ans), la prise en charge sera assurée par du personnel qualifié, dans des locaux spécialement adaptés à cet effet conformément à la loi et à la réglementation.L’objectif principal du projet est d’entrer et de retourner sur le marché du travail 24 personnes (soins professionnels pour les enfants jusqu’à 3 ans (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province) Le soutien accordé dans le cadre du projet sera axé sur l’utilisation de solutions permettant aux personnes qui ne participent pas au marché du travail en raison de la garde d’enfants jusqu’à trois ans de vie de revenir ou d’entrer sur le marché du travail. L’effet attendu du projet sera d’améliorer la situation sur le marché du travail, d’accroître la participation au marché du travail et de permettre aux participants d’accéder à un emploi. (French)
