Celem głównym proj jest zdobycie zatrudnienia przez 21 UP w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż., spośród grupy 50 osób bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i nieaktywnych/biernych zawodowo, o niskich kwalifikacjach, zamieszkujących powiat bartoszycki w subregionie olsztyńskim, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu do 31.12.2017 W ramach projektu założono osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: • Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 10 • Liczba osób bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zawodowej w programie – 40 • Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu – 21 • Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – 11. • Liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie – 50. Proj jest skierowany do 50 osób (28K) z obszaru powiatu bartoszyckiego, tj. osób fizycznych, które zamieszkują na obszarze powiatu bartoszyckiego w subregionie olsztyńskim w woj. warmińsko - mazurskim w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego. Będą to osoby bezrobotne i bierne zawodowo powyżej 29 r. ż., znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy – osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym 2 osoby niepełnosprawne. Wartością dodaną proj jest zastosowanie rozwiązania wypracowanego w proj innowacyjnym PO KL, a mianowicie Kwestionariusza Istotnych Kompetencji w Poszukiwaniu Zatrudnienia, wypracowanego przez OIC Poland i Org. Pracodawców Lewiatan (kryt. strat 3). W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane zadania: 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia i poradnictwo zawodowe 2. Szkolenia zawodowe 3. Staże zawodowe 4. Zatrudnienie wspomagane 5. Pośrednictwo pracy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to obtain employment by 21 UP over the age of 29, out of 50 unemployed, job-seekers and inactive/passive, low-skilled, living in the Bartoszyce district in the Olsztyn sub-region, through participation in comprehensive support up to 31.12.2017 The project aims to achieve the following indicators: • Number of inactive persons covered by professional activation support in the programme – 10 • Number of unemployed persons supported by professional activation in the programme – 40 • Number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme – 21 • Number of persons who have obtained qualifications after leaving the programme – 11. • Number of low-skilled people supported in the programme – 50. The project is addressed to 50 people (28K) from the area of the Bartoszycki district, i.e. natural persons who reside in the area of the Bartoszycki district in the Olsztyn subregion in the Warmia-Mazury voivodship within the meaning of the Civil Code. They will be unemployed and inactive people over 29, who are in a particularly difficult labour market – low-skilled people, including 2 people with disabilities. The added value of the project is the application of the solution developed in the innovation project of PO KL, namely the Questionnaire of Important Competences in the Search for Employment, developed by OIC Poland and Org. L’objectif principal du projet est d’obtenir un emploi pour 21 UP âgés de plus de 29 ans, sur un groupe de 50 chômeurs, demandeurs d’emploi et personnes inactives/inactives, peu qualifiées vivant dans le district de Bartoszycki dans la sous-région d’Olsztyn, en participant à l’aide globale jusqu’au 31.12.2017 Le projet vise à atteindre les indicateurs suivants: • Nombre de personnes inactives soutenues par une aide à l’activation dans le cadre du régime — 10 • Nombre de chômeurs bénéficiant d’une aide à l’activation dans le cadre du régime — 40 • Nombre de personnes en activité, y compris les travailleurs indépendants, après leur départ — 21 • Nombre de personnes qualifiées après avoir quitté le régime — 11. • Le nombre de personnes peu qualifiées soutenues par le programme — 50. Le projet s’adresse à 50 personnes (28 000) du district de Bartoszycki, c’est-à-dire aux personnes physiques qui résident dans le district de bartoszycki, dans la sous-région d’Olsztyn, dans la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie, au sens du Code civil. Il s’agira de chômeurs et de personnes inactives de plus de 29 ans qui seront particulièrement vulnérables sur le marché du travail — les personnes peu qualifiées, dont deux personnes handicapées. La valeur ajoutée du proj est d’appliquer la solution développée dans le projet innovant du PO HC, à savoir le questionnaire sur les compétences importantes en recherche d’emploi, développé par l’OCI Pologne et Org.
