Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie do 30.04.2017 aktywności zawod. i zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia u 10os.(9K/1M) powyżej 29 roku życia (bezrob.,poszuk.pr. i nieaktyw./biernych zawod.) z pow.giżyckiego i uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez mini.40% uczest.proj. do 3m-cy od zakończenia udziału w proj. Rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji proj. to: a) liczba osób bezrob.(łącznie z długotrwale bezrob.) objętych wsparciem w programie: 8os.(7K/1M) b) liczba osób biernych zawod.objętych wsparciem w programie: 2os.(2K/0M) c) liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie: 10os.(9K/1M)-cała grupa docelowa d) liczba osób pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek): -3os.bezrob.-(2K/1M) -1os.bierna zawod.-(1K) e) liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje i/lub kompetencje zawod.po opuszczeniu programu: -3os.bezrob.-(2K/1M) -1os.bierna zawod.-(1K) f) ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnienia–minimum 40% grupy docelowej (4K). Wsparciem w ramach proj. objętych będzie 10os.(w tym 9K) w wieku powyżej 29 lat z grupy osób bezrob./biernych zawod. Wśród tej grupy osób 80% stanowić będą osoby bezrob.(7K/1M), a 20% stanowić będą osoby bierne zawod.(2K). W proj. przewidziano następujące formy wsparcia dla wszystkich uczestników proj.: - grupowy warsztat psychologiczno-doradczy z zakresu technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy-(80 godzin) - poradnictwo zawod.połączone z wypracowywaniem IPD-(4 godziny na osobę) - szkolenia zawod.dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy-(1 szkolenie z 4 do wyboru trwające 150 godzin dydaktycznych na 1 uczestnika proj.) - pośrednictwo pracy-(przez okres 9m-cy) - 5 m-czne staże zawod. Przewidziano także wsparcie towarzyszące jak: stypendia, wyżywienie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu, zwrot kosztów opieki nad os.zależnymi, pokrycie kosztów niezbędnych badań lekarskich i ubezpieczeń. The main objective of the project is to increase to 30.04.2017 occupational activity and employability in 10persons (9K/1M) over the age of 29 (unemployment, search and inactivity). The results to be achieved by implementing the project are: the number of unemployed persons (including long-term unemployment) supported in the programme: 8person(7K/1M) b) number of inactive professions covered by the programme: 2person(2K/0M) c) The number of low-skilled persons supported in the programme: 10person(9K/1M)-total target group d) number of people working after leaving the programme (including self-employed): —3persons.unemployment-(2K/1M) -1persons.passive profession.-(1K) e) number of persons who have obtained qualifications and/or competences after leaving the programme: —3os.unemployment.-(2K/1M) -1person.passive occupation.-(1K) f) overall employment efficiency ratio-minimum 40 % of the target group (4K). Support under the project will be covered by 10 people (including 9K) aged over 29 years from the group of unemployed persons/passive professions. Among these people, 80 % will be unemployed.(7K/1M) and 20 % will be passive professionals.(2K). The project provides for the following forms of support for all project participants: — group psychology and advisory workshop in the field of active job search techniques-(80 hours) – job guidance.joined with the development of IPD-(4 hours per person) – vocational training adapted to the skills and predisposition of participants and the needs of the local labour market-(1 training from 4 to selection of 150 teaching hours per 1 participant of the project) – job intermediation-(for the period of 9 m-training) – 5 m. Accompanying support is also provided for: scholarships, meals, reimbursement of travel expenses, reimbursement of dependent care costs, necessary medical examinations and insurance costs. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter d’ici le 30.04,2017 l’activité de la profession et la capacité d’exercer un emploi auprès de 10 personnes (9K/1M) de plus de 29 ans (chômage, recherche et non-activités/professions réussies) de la région de Gyżycki et d’obtenir un emploi par un minimum de 40 % de la participation au projet à 3 mois après la fin de la participation au projet. Les résultats à atteindre grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet seront les suivants: nombre de chômeurs (y compris le chômage de longue durée) soutenus par le programme: 8 personnes(7K/1M) b) nombre de professionnels passifs soutenus dans le cadre du programme: 2 personnes (2K/0M) c) Nombre de personnes peu qualifiées soutenues dans le cadre du programme: 10personne(9K/1M)-tout groupe cible (d) nombre de personnes ayant un emploi après avoir quitté le programme (y compris les travailleurs indépendants): Nombre de personnes ayant obtenu des qualifications et/ou des compétences pour la profession après avoir quitté le programme: Chômage-(2K/1M) — 1 personne-personne-(1K)f) Ratio d’efficacité globale de l’emploi — minimum 40 % du groupe cible (4K). L’aide au titre du projet couvrira 10 personnes (y compris 9 000 personnes) âgées de plus de 29 ans provenant du groupe des chômeurs/professionnels. De ce groupe, 80 % seront sans emploi. (7K/1M) et 20 % seront des travailleurs passifs (2K). Le projet prévoit les formes de soutien suivantes pour tous les participants: — atelier psychologique et de conseil de groupe sur les techniques actives de recherche d’emploi-(80 heures) — orientation professionnelle combinée au développement de l’IPD-(4 heures par personne) — formation professionnelle adaptée aux compétences et à la prédisposition des participants et aux besoins du marché du travail local — (1 formation de 4 à 150 heures d’enseignement par participant) — placement-(pour une période de 9 mois) — stages de 5 mois. Il prévoit également un soutien d’accompagnement, notamment: bourses d’études, repas, remboursement des frais de voyage, remboursement des frais de prise en charge des personnes à charge, prise en charge des examens médicaux nécessaires et de l’assurance.
