Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 298 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie jako osoby bezrobotne i spełniające co najmniej jedno z następujących kryteriów: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby starsze w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby o niskich kwali?kacjach. Projekt przewiduje realizację następujących form wsparcia: szkolenia dla 50 uczestników w tym 5 długotrwale,1 niepełnosprawna,2 pow. 50 roku życia,15 z niskimi kwali?kacjami, staże dla 65 uczestników, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 50 uczestników, prace interwencyjne dla 85 uczestników oraz dla 48 uczestników wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy . Projekt zakłada ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo należą do następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami na poziomie co najmniej 37%. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed persons aged 30 years and more registered in the District Labour Office in Ketrzyn. The project aims to support 298 persons aged 30 and over, registered at the District Labour Office in Ketrzyn as unemployed persons and fulfilling at least one of the following criteria: long-term unemployed, disabled persons, older people aged over 50 years, women, people with low qualifications. The project envisages the implementation of the following forms of support: training for 50 participants including 5 long-term,1 disabled,2 area. 50 years of age,15 with low qualifications, traineeships for 65 participants, one-off funds for 50 participants, intervention work for 85 participants and for 48 participants equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The project provides for an overall employment efficiency indicator for people aged 30 and over, who additionally belong to the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people at least 37 %. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître l’emploi des chômeurs âgés de 30 ans et plus inscrits au bureau du travail de district de Kętrzyn. Le projet apporte un soutien à 298 personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont inscrites au bureau du travail du district de Kętrzyn en tant que chômeurs et qui remplissent au moins l’un des critères suivants: les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes handicapées, les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les femmes, les personnes peu qualifiées. Le projet prévoit les formes de soutien suivantes: formation pour 50 participants dont 5 à long terme, 1 handicap,2 domaines 50 ans15 avec de faibles qualifications, stages pour 65 participants, création d’entreprises ponctuelles pour 50 participants, travail d’intervention pour 85 participants et 48 participants équipant ou réaménageant le lieu de travail. Le projet repose sur un indicateur global de performance en matière d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus, qui appartiennent en outre aux groupes suivants: les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées d’au moins 37 %. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er janvier 2018 au 31 décembre 2018. (French)
