Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie braniewskim dodatkowo spełniający co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów( osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, niepełnosprawne, w wieku powyżej 50 r.ż., osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach). W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) Okres realizacji projektu od 01.01.2016 do 31.12.2016. Projekt ma charakter neutralny wobec zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju i w realizacji projektu będzie zastosowana zasada równości szans i niedyskryminacji bez względu na płeć, wiek, niepełnosprawność, rasę lub pochodzenie etniczne, wyznawaną religię lub światopogląd, orientację seksualną – sprawiedliwego, pełnego uczestnictwa we wszystkich dziedzinach życia na jednakowych zasadach W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania tj. staże na okres 6 miesięcy dla 22osób, wypłata jednorazowych środków na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej dla 20 osób, wypłata środków dla pracodawców na wyposażenie , doposażenie miejsca pracy dla 20 osób oraz zorganizowanie prac interwencyjnych dla 102 osób okres refundacji tych prac będzie 6 miesięcy. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby zamieszkujące powiat braniewski, należące do grupy osób powyżej 29 roku życia spełniający co najmniej jedno w/w kryterium (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed persons over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the Branievsk County additionally fulfilling at least one of the following criteria (long-term unemployed, disabled, over 50 years old, low-skilled). The project will support people over 29 years of age qualifying as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”) Period of implementation of the project from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016. The project is neutral against the principle of sustainable development and will apply the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination irrespective of sex, age, disability, race or ethnic origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation – fair, full participation in all areas of life on the same basis. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will carry out the following tasks, i.e. traineeships for 6 months for 22 persons, payment of one-off funds for taking up their own business for 20 persons, payment of funds for employers for equipment, retrofitting of the workplace for 20 persons and organising intervention works for 102 persons, the period of refund of these works will be 6 months. Participants of the project will be persons living in braniewski county, belonging to the group of persons over 29 years of age who meet at least one of the abovementioned criteria (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des chômeurs de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Braniewska en plus d’un ou plusieurs des critères suivants (chômeurs de longue durée, handicapés, âgés de plus de 50 ans, peu qualifiés). Le projet soutiendra les personnes de plus de 29 ans admissibles au profil d’aide I (c’est-à-dire au chômage actif) ou au profil d’aide II (ce que l’on appelle le soutien nécessaire) Période de mise en œuvre du projet du 01.01.2016 au 31.12.2016. Le projet est neutre par rapport au principe du développement durable et la mise en œuvre du projet appliquera le principe de l’égalité des chances et de la non-discrimination indépendamment du sexe, de l’âge, du handicap, de l’origine raciale ou ethnique, de la religion ou des convictions, de l’orientation sexuelle — participation équitable et pleine et entière à tous les domaines de la vie sur une base d’égalité. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Le projet réalisera les tâches suivantes, à savoir des stages d’une durée de 6 mois pour 22personnes, le paiement de fonds ponctuels pour le démarrage de leur propre entreprise pour 20 personnes, le paiement de fonds aux employeurs pour l’équipement, l’équipement du lieu de travail pour 20 personnes et l’organisation de travaux d’intervention pour 102 personnes, la période de remboursement pour ces travaux sera de 6 mois. Les participants au projet seront des personnes résidant dans le district de Braniewski, appartenant à un groupe de personnes de plus de 29 ans répondant à au moins un des critères susmentionnés.
