Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kętrzyńskim.Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 174 osoby w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie jako osoby bezrobotne (należące do I lub II profilu pomocy) i spełniające co najmniej jedno z następujących kryteriów: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Projekt przewiduje realizację następujących form wsparcia: szkolenia dla 40 uczestników w tym 10 długotrwale, 1 niepełnosprawna, staże dla 60 uczestników, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 46 uczestników, prace interwencyjne dla 28 uczestników. Projekt zakłada ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników niepełnosprawnych 12%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych 30%, dla uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach 31%,dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup docelowych 38%. Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.09.2015r. do 30.06.2015r.Proces rekrutacji zostanie zakończony do 31.12.2015r. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed persons over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the district of Kętrzyn.The project aims to support 174 persons over the age of 29 who are registered at the District Labour Office in Ketrzyn as unemployed persons (members of the I or II aid profile) and having at least one of the following criteria: long-term unemployed, disabled people, people over 50 years of age, women, low-skilled people. The project envisages the implementation of the following forms of support: training for 40 participants of which 10 long-term, 1 disabled, traineeships for 60 participants, one-off measures for starting a business for 46 participants, intervention work for 28 participants. The project provides for a general employment efficiency ratio for disabled participants 12 %, for long-term unemployed 30 %, for low-skilled participants 31 %, for participants not eligible for any of the 38 % target groups. The project will be implemented from 01.09.2015 to 30.06.2015.The recruitment process will be completed by 31.12.2015. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des chômeurs de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Kętrzyn. Le projet vise à couvrir 174 personnes de plus de 29 ans qui sont inscrites au bureau du travail de district de Kętrzyn en tant que chômeurs (membres du premier ou du deuxième profil d’aide) et répondent à au moins l’un des critères suivants: les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes handicapées, les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les femmes, les personnes peu qualifiées. Le projet prévoit les formes de soutien suivantes: formation pour 40 participants dont 10 à long terme, 1 handicapé, stages pour 60 participants, mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprise pour 46 participants, travail d’intervention pour 28 participants. Le projet suppose un taux global de performance en matière d’emploi pour les participants handicapés 12 %, pour les chômeurs de longue durée 30 %, pour les participants peu qualifiés 31 %, pour les participants non éligibles à l’un des 38 % groupes cibles. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 01.09.2015 au 30.6.2015. Le processus de recrutement sera achevé d’ici le 31.12.2015. (French)
