Projekt w okresie 24 miesięcy przewiduje wsparcie w postaci usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym (poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, kursy zawodowe) i społecznym (poradnictwo psycho-społeczne). Adresatami wsparcia jest 60 osób niepełnosprawnych z terenu Podbeskidzia tj. powiatów m. Bielsko-Biała, bielskiego, cieszyńskiego i żywieckiego. Wśród tych osób aż 50% to osoby niepełnosprawne ze względu na chorobę psychiczną, a 20% to osoby niepełnosprawne intelektualnie. Wszyscy uczestnicy będą mogli skorzystać z pomocy dwóch asystentów osób niepełnosprawnych. Przewidziano organizację transportu i zwrot kosztów dojazdu, a także poczęstunek na niektórych zajęciach. Kursy zakończą się egzaminami. Stażyści i kursanci otrzymają stypendia. Zakładamy, że minimum 70% (tj. 42 osoby) ukończy wsparcie zgodnie ze ścieżką. Z tego w okresie do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału w projekcie: min. 8 osób uzyska zatrudnienie, a min. 20 zanotuje postęp w procesie aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej. (Polish)

The project over a period of 24 months provides support in the form of active inclusion services of a professional nature (vocational advice, traineeships, vocational courses) and social (psycho-social counselling). The recipients of support are 60 people with disabilities from the area of Podbeskidy, i.e. the districts of Bielsko-Biała, Bielsko-Biała, Bielski, Cieszyn and Żywiecki. Among these people, as many as 50 % are people with disabilities due to mental illness, and 20 % are people with intellectual disabilities. All participants will be able to benefit from the assistance of two disabled assistants. It is planned to organise transport and reimbursement of travel costs, as well as refreshments in certain activities. The courses will end with exams. Trainees and students will receive scholarships. We assume that a minimum of 70 % (i.e. 42 persons) complete the support according to the path. Of this, up to 3 months after the end of participation in the project: at least 8 people will be employed and at least 20 will record progress in the process of socio-occupational activation. De ce nombre, jusqu’à 50 % sont des personnes handicapées en raison d’une maladie mentale et 20 % sont des personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle. Tous les participants pourront utiliser l’assistance de deux assistants pour les personnes handicapées. Les modalités de transport et le remboursement des frais de voyage ainsi que les rafraîchissements pour certaines activités sont prévus. Les cours se termineront par des examens. Les stagiaires et les stagiaires recevront des bourses d’études. Nous supposons un minimum de 70 % (c.-à-d. 42 personnes) un soutien complet selon le chemin. De ce montant, jusqu’à 3 mois après la fin de la participation au projet: au moins 8 personnes seront employées et au moins 20 personnes progresseront dans le processus d’activation socioprofessionnelle.
