Проектът предвижда мерки за осигуряване на активно участие на ДППИ в процеса на програмиране и подготовка на проекти и дейности през следващия програмен период, които да бъдат реализирани своевременно. Проектът е структуриран в шест взаимосвързани дейности: Дейност 1- " Изготвяне на предпроектни проучвания за идентифицирани проекти", Дейност 2- "Изготвяне на Анализи разходи ползи, Дейност 3- "Изготвяне на документи за ОВОС", Дейност 4- "Изготвяне на документи за кандидатстване за финансиране"; Дейност 5 - "Подготовка на тръжна документация за избор на изпълнител" и Дейност 6- "Управление на проекта". Към настоящия момент ДППИ е идентифицирал своите проектни предложения от ключова важност за следващия програмен период. По проекта ще се изготвят необходимите проучвания, анализи и др. необходими документи за стартиране на набор от проекти в новия оперативен период 2021 - 2027 г. и възможно най-ранно започване на проектни дейности. Срокът за изпълнение на проекта е 36 месеца - начало от месец септември 2020 г. (Bulgarian)

The project provides for measures to ensure the active participation of BPIH in the process of programming and preparation of projects and activities in the next programming period, to be implemented in due course. The project is structured into six interconnected activities: Activity 1- 'Preparation of feasibility studies for identified projects', Action 2- 'Preparation of cost-benefit analyses, Action 3- 'Preparation of EIA documents', Action 4- 'Preparation of documents for applications for funding’; Activity 5 — Preparation of tender documentation for selection of contractor and Action 6 — Project management. To date, BIE has identified its project proposals of key importance for the next programming period. The project will prepare the necessary studies, analyses, etc. necessary for launching a set of projects in the new operational period 2021-2027 and starting project activities as early as possible. The deadline for implementation of the project is 36 months — beginning in September 2020. (English)
