С настоящото проектно предложение „РЕФРАН ЕООД” кандидатства за подобряване на работната среда, чрез хармонизиране на условията на труд с цел закрила на здравето и безопасността на работниците. Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда за реализация мерки свързани с идентифицираните потребности на целевата група, които ще могат да бъдат осъществени чрез заложените в проектното предложение дейности включващи: 1. Организация и управление; 2. Публичност и визуализация;3. Разработване, адаптиране и въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси;4. Осигуряване на организиран транспорт на наетите лица до и от работното място; 5. Въвеждане на средства да колективна защита;6. Осигуряване на специално работно облекло и лични предпазни средства; 7. Ресертифициране по BS OHSAS 18001:2007В резултат на предприетите мерки ще се подобри качеството на живот и труд на наетите в предприятието лица, ще се намали риска за здравето и трудовия травматизъм, което от своя страна ще рефлектира положително върху производителността на труда и ще допринесе за създаване условия за подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места. Изпълнението на предвидените дейностите включва иновативни модели за организация на труда, както и мерки за опазване на околната среда включващи намаляване на шум, вибрации и производствен отпадък. Проектното предложение обхваща целева група от 22 наети лица, включително 8 наети лица над 54 г. и 1 лице с увреждане и ще допринесе за изпълнението на инвестиционните приоритетите и специфичните цели на ОП РЧР: Инвестиционен приоритет 7 „Приспособяване на работниците, предприятията и предприемачите към промените”; Специфична цел 1 „Увеличаване броя на обхванатите заети в предприятията с въведени нови системи, практики и инструменти за развитие на човешките ресурси и подобряване на организацията и условията на труд“. With this project proposal, “ERERAN EOOD” is applying for improvement of the working environment by harmonising working conditions in order to protect the health and safety of workers. This project proposal provides for the implementation of measures related to the identified needs of the target group, which will be possible through the activities set out in the project proposal, including: 1. Organisation and management; 2. Publicity and visualisation;3. Development, adaptation and implementation of a system for the development of human resources;4. Providing organised transport of employees to and from the workplace; 5. Introduction of means to collective redress;6. Provision of special workwear and personal protective equipment; 7. Re-certification under BS OHSAS 18001:2007As a result of the measures taken will improve the quality of life and work of employees, reduce the risk to health and work trauma, which in turn will have a positive impact on labour productivity and contribute to creating conditions for improving access to employment and job quality. The implementation of the envisaged activities includes innovative models for work organisation as well as environmental protection measures including noise reduction, vibration and production waste. The project proposal covers a target group of 22 persons employed, including 8 employees over 54 years old and 1 person with a disability and will contribute to the implementation of the investment priorities and specific objectives of the HRD OP: Investment priority 7 “Adapting workers, businesses and entrepreneurs to change”; Specific objective 1 ‘Increase the number of employees employed in enterprises with new systems, practices and tools in place to develop human resources and improve organisation and working conditions’.
