Настоящият проект е насочен към предоставянето на социална услуга от резидентен тип за лица с умствена изостаналост. Проектът ще се изпълнява от Община Нови пазар. Организацията имат богат опит в дейности, инициативи и проекти, посветени на подпомагането на лица с увреждания. В този аспект, целите и дейностите, заложени в проектното предложение изразяват последователността и устойчивостта на кандидата по отношение на интеграцията на лица с увреждания и подобряването на качестовто на живот.Фокусът на проекта е съсредоточен върху предоставяне на подкрепа за преодоляване на специфичните ежедневни проблеми на лица с увреждания и техните семейства в център за грижа за лица с умствена изостаналост, като част от процеса на деинституционализация. Дейностите по проекта предвиждат и създаване на механизми за устойчивост при функционирането на центъра чрез разработването на правила за неговото функциониране. В резултат на предприетите мерки се очаква да бъдат постигнати трайни и устойчиви резултати за целевите групи, които се изразяват в повишено качество на живот.Проектът ще се изпълни за период от 15 месеца в рамките на бюджет от 272 000 лв. This project is aimed at providing a resident-type social service for persons with mental disabilities. The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Novi Pazar. The organisation has extensive experience in activities, initiatives and projects dedicated to assisting persons with disabilities. In this respect, the objectives and activities set out in the project proposal express the consistency and sustainability of the applicant with regard to the integration of persons with disabilities and the improvement of the quality of life. The focus of the project is on providing support for overcoming the specific daily problems of persons with disabilities and their families in a center for care of persons with mental disabilities, as part of the process of deinstitutionalisation. The project activities also provide for the establishment of sustainability mechanisms in the functioning of the Centre through the development of rules for its operation. As a result of the measures taken it is expected to achieve lasting and sustainable results for the target groups, which are expressed in increased quality of life. The project will be implemented for a period of 15 months within a budget of BGN 272 000. (English)
