Проектът ще осигури ефективното функциониране на Областен информационен център - Шумен в периода 01 януари, 2019г. - 31 декември, 2021г. като част от мрежата от 27 Областни информационни центрове, популяризиращи ЕСИФ. Проектът ще осигури финансова подкрепа за изпълнението на дейността на Областен информационен център - Шумен, която включва: информиране на посетители на информационния център за възможности за финансиране на техни идеи и проекти от ЕСИФ ; организиране на информационни събития, семинари, обучения, конференции, изложения, срещи и работа с медии; събиране и разпространение на информация и популяризиране на добри практики във връзка с ЕСИФ; разработване и разпространение на информационни материали (печатни, аудио-визуални и електронни) за ЕСИФ и програмите, изготвени от ОИЦ - Шумен или предоставени от УО, ЦКЗ, и ЦИКО; сътрудничество с управляващите органи/ междинните звена на оперативните програми и работа с национални, регионални медии и други мрежи за информация на ЕС, във връзка с изпълнение на функциите на ОИЦ. Чрез изпълнението на проекта ще бъде надградена постигнатата до момента познаваемост за европейските фондове и програмите в област Шумен и ще бъде постигната максимална прозрачност и публичност в процеса на изпълнение на програмите, финансирани от ЕСИФ. Центърът ще осигурява актуална, експертна и безплатна информация за възможностите за финансова подкрепа със средства от ЕСИФ. ОИЦ ще работи на принципа "едно гише" и ще работи активно с местната администрация и други институции, за да се повиши информираността на гражданите относно възможностите, които се предоставят чрез ЕСИФ. The project will ensure the effective functioning of the Shumen District Information Centre in the period January 1, 2019. — 31 December 2021 as part of the network of 27 Regional Information Centres promoting ESIF. The project will provide financial support for the implementation of the activity of District Information Centre — Shumen, which includes: informing visitors of the Information Centre about opportunities to finance their ideas and projects from the ESIF; organisation of information events, seminars, trainings, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and media work; collecting and disseminating information and promoting good practice on ESIF; development and dissemination of information material (printed, audio-visual and electronic) on the ESIF and programmes prepared by the CIU — Shumen or provided by the MA, the CCU, and the CICO; cooperating with the Managing Authorities/Intermediate Units of Operational Programmes and working with national, regional and other EU information networks in relation to the performance of the functions of the EIC. Through the implementation of the project, the knowledge of the European funds and programmes in the Shumen region will be upgraded to date and will achieve maximum transparency and publicity in the implementation process of ESIF funded programmes. The Centre will provide up-to-date, expert and free information on the possibilities for financial support with ESIF funds. The GIC will work on a one-stop-shop basis and will work actively with local administration and other institutions to raise citizens’ awareness of the opportunities offered by the ESIF. (English)
