Настоящето проектно предложение е насочено към осигуряване функционирането на областен информационен център в област Русе и има за цел да повиши информираността на гражданите относно възможностите за финансиране, които Европейският съюз предоставя през програмен период 2014 - 2020. Проектът се явява надграждащ на проект "Областен информационен център - Русе", изпълняван по ОП "Техническа помощ", финансиран от Европейския фонд за регионално развитие. Проектното предложение предвижда следните дейности:1. Текуща издръжка на ОИЦ - Русе;2. Извършване на текущ ремонт на ОИЦ - Русе;3. Закупуване на моторно превозно средство, обзавеждане и оборудване на ОИЦ - Русе; 4. Разработване и разпространение на информационни материали;5. Организиране, провеждане и участие в публични информационни събития;6. Визуализация, информация и публичност по проекта;С реализиране на дейностите по настоящия проект се цели висока информираност относно възможностите за финансиране, които се предоставят чрез европейските структурни и инвестиционни фондове (ЕСИФ).Това от своя страна ще доведе до популяризиране на финансовата помощ на ЕС, начините за търсене на полезна информация, представяне на основни етапи за подготовка на проектни предложения, добри практики, често допускани грешки, повишаване информираността за намиране на подходяща работа релевантна на квалификация и образование. През новия програмен период 2014-2020 г. Областен информационен център - Русе ще предоставя и информация на потенциалните бенефициенти, относно възможности за кандидатстване по Програмата за морско дело и рибарство и Програмата за развитие на селските райони 2014-2020 г. This project proposal is aimed at ensuring the operation of a regional information centre in Ruse region and aims to raise citizens’ awareness of the funding opportunities provided by the European Union during the programming period 2014-2020. The project builds on the project “Regional Information Centre — Ruse”, implemented under OP “Technical Assistance”, financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The project proposal foresees the following activities:1. Current maintenance of Ruse;2. Carrying out ongoing repairs of Ruse Ruse;3. Purchase of motor vehicle, furniture and equipment of Ruse MIC; 4. Development and dissemination of information material;5. Organisation, conduct and participation in public information events;6. Visualisation, information and publicity of the project;With the implementation of the activities under this project, high awareness of the funding opportunities offered through the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) is sought. This in turn will lead to the promotion of EU financial assistance, ways to search for useful information, presentation of key stages for the preparation of project proposals, good practices, common mistakes, awareness of suitable employment relevant to qualification and education. In the new programming period 2014-2020, the Regional Information Centre — Ruse will also provide information to potential beneficiaries on applications under the Maritime and Fisheries Programme and the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020.
