Проект "Център за почасови интегрирани социални услуги в Община Велики Преслав" напълно се припокрива с целите на програма "Независим живот", които поставят акцент върху подобряване качеството на живот и на достъпа до услуги за социално включване в отговор на комплексните потребности, включително и здравни на хора с увреждания и хора над 65г. в невъзможност за самообслужване с цел преодоляването на последиците от социалното изключване и бедността.От една страна проектът ще отговори на необходимостта от предоставяне помощ на хора над 65 г. с ограничения в обслужването във връзка с невъзможността им да организират самостоятелно бита си и ежедневните дейности, както и липсата на социални контакти, а от друга - ще подпомогне общината като осигури заетост на безработни лица в трудоспособна възраст.С помощта на настоящия проект ще се създаде обособен център за почасово предоставяне на интегрирана социална услуга в Община Велики Преслав и за целта ще се извърши текущ ремонт на помещение, където ще се локализира центъра. След разписването на правила за функционирането му ще се назначат лицата - социални работници и домашни помощници, които ще доставят интегрираната услуга. За да бъде квалифицирана и компетентна последната, социалните работници ще бъдат обучени в началото на проекта, както и в процес на изпълнението му. Лицата, ползващи се от услугите на центъра ще бъдат обгрижени според индивидуално разработен план за предоставяне на интегрирана услуга, съгласно анализа на потребностите им, като за целта в началото на проекта и по средата, с оглед включването на нови позлватели, ще се извърши оценка на потребностите на нуждаещите. The project “Centre for hourly integrated social services in Veliki Preslav Municipality” fully overlaps with the objectives of the Independent Life Programme, which focus on improving the quality of life and access to social inclusion services in response to complex needs, including health of people with disabilities and people over 65 years old, in the inability to self-service in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. On the one hand, the project will respond to the need to provide assistance to people over 65 with restrictions in service in connection with their inability to organise their own living and daily activities, as well as the lack of social contacts, and on the other — the project will support the municipality by providing employment to people over 65 years old, with restrictions in service in relation to their inability to organise their own living and daily activities, as well as the lack of social contacts, and on the other — it will support the municipality by providing employment to unemployed persons in the working environment, where the project will be set up for an integrated social rehabilitation centre. Once the rules on its functioning have been drawn up, the social workers and domestic workers who will deliver the integrated service will be appointed. In order to be qualified and competent, social workers will be trained at the beginning of the project as well as in the course of its implementation. The beneficiaries of the Centre’s services will be taken care of according to an individual plan for the provision of an integrated service, according to the analysis of their needs, and for this purpose, at the beginning of the project and in the middle, with a view to the inclusion of new buyers, an assessment of the needs of those in need will be carried out.
