Приоритетна ос 2 е предназначена да подпомогне изпълнението на мерки за енергийна ефективност в обществени и жилищни сгради в малки градове - центрове на общини в периферни райони, които предоставят услуги на заобикалящите ги периферни райони. Настоящето проектното предложение представлява съвкупност от дейности чрез които ще се изпълнят мерки за повишаване на енергийна ефективност на сградата на Районно управление на МВР -Ивайловград”. Планираните дейности които ще доведат до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградата на Районно управление на МВР -Ивайловград-Обследване за енергийна ефективност придружено от валиден сертификат;-Обследване за установяване на техническите характеристики , свързани с удовлетворяването на изискванията по чл.169 от ЗУТ в съответствие с изискванията , определени в глава трета на Наредба №5 от 2006 год. за техническите паспорти на строежите;- Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор);- Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите, изготвена като комплексен доклад от лицензирана фирма-консултант;- Дейности за информация и комуникация по проекта;- Дейности за управление на проекта;-Одит на проекта.Проектът ще има социален и икономически ефект. Неговото изпълнение ще допринесе за повишаване конкурентоспособността на района, чрез подобряване на публичната инфраструктура и създаване на предпоставки за подобряване на качеството на живот и работа на територията на общината. В този смисъл изпълнението на проекта ще подпомогне повишаването на привлекателността на Ивайловград и ще спомогне за осигуряването на качествени услуги в общността. С прилагане на горепосочените мерки ще се подобри микроклимата във всички помещения на сградата на Районно управление на МВР -Ивайловград , град Ивайловград. (Bulgarian)

Priority axis 2 is intended to support the implementation of energy efficiency measures in public and residential buildings in small towns — centres of municipalities in peripheral areas that provide services to their surrounding peripheral areas. The present project proposal is a set of activities through which measures to improve the energy efficiency of the building of the Regional Management of the Ministry of Interior — Ivaylovgrad will be implemented. The planned activities which will lead to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the building of the Regional Management of the Ministry of Interior — Ivaylovgrad — Energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid certificate;-A survey to establish the technical characteristics related to the fulfilment of the requirements of Article 69 of the ZUT in accordance with the requirements laid down in Chapter 3 of Regulation No 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of constructions;- Engineering (design, construction and author’s supervision); construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for constructions, prepared as a complex report by a licensed consulting company;- Information and communication activities under the project;- Project management activities;- Project audit. The project will have a social and economic impact. Its implementation will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the area by improving public infrastructure and creating conditions for improving the quality of life and work on the territory of the municipality. In this sense, the implementation of the project will help increase the attractiveness of Ivaylovgrad and will help to provide quality services in the community. With the implementation of the above measures, the microclimate will be improved in all premises of the building of the Regional Administration of the Ministry of Interior — Ivaylovgrad, Ivaylovgrad.
