Троян с 12 бр. самостоятелно обособени обекти с жилищно предназначение.При изпълнение на предписаните ЕСМ сградите ще удовлетворят изискванията за ЕЕ - топлосъхранение и икономия на енергия в сгради, достигайки клас на енергопотребление "В". Project proposal for receiving grants under project selection procedure BG16RFOP001-2.002 “Energy efficiency in peripheral areas-2”, Priority Axis 2: “Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas” of Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020 is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of: — administrative building of the state administration at 4 Zahari Stoyanov Str. in Troyan, where it operates the Police District Management, Troyan; — multi-family residential building on 160 Hristo Botev Street in Troyan with 12 separate residential sites; — a multi-family residential building on 266-272 Hristo Botev Str. in Troyan with 12 separate buildings for residential use.When fulfilling the prescribed ESM, the buildings will satisfy the requirements for EE — heat storage and energy saving in buildings, reaching the energy consumption class “B”.
