Звеното за социални услуги в домашна среда към Домашен социален патронаж – гр.Пещера ще предоставя почасови услуги за лична помощ на хора с увреждания и хора над 65 г. в невъзможност за самообслужване, за комунално – битови дейности и в подкрепа на социалното включване чрез предоставяне на социалната услуга “Личен асистент”. Основните проблеми на хората с увреждания и хората над 65 г., които са в частична или пълна невъзможност да се самообслужват вкъщи, най-често поради здравословни проблеми и обикновено самотноживеещи, е невъзможността да организират самостоятелно бита си и ежедневните си дейности, както и липсата на социални контакти. В резултат на изпълнение на дейностите ще се подобри качеството на живот на хората с увреждания и хората над 65 г. в невъзможност за самообслужване чрез създаване на условия и подкрепа за ефективно упражняване правото им на независим живот и социално включване, при зачитане на правата им, съобразяване с техните възможности и специфични потребности. The Department for Social Services in Home Environment at Home Social Patronage — Peshtera will provide hourly services for personal assistance to people with disabilities and people over 65 years old, inability to self-service, for utility and household activities and in support of social inclusion through the provision of the social service “Personal Assistant”. The main problems of people with disabilities and people over 65, who are in partial or total inability to self-service at home, most often due to health problems and usually lonely, is the inability to organise their own lifestyles and their daily activities, as well as the lack of social contacts. As a result of the implementation of the activities, the quality of life of people with disabilities and people over 65 will be improved in a self-service capacity by creating conditions and supporting the effective exercise of their right to independent life and social inclusion, while respecting their rights, taking into account their capacities and specific needs.
