Lider projektu - ngo Stowarzyszenie Radomskie Centrum Przedsiębiorczości i 1 współprac. MOPS-Pionki /kryt.dost.1/nawiązało partnerstwo projekt.na rzecz przybliżenia do zatrudnienia 60 mieszk. pow.radomskiego i m. Radom poprzez zwiększenie intensywności wsparcia i zindywidualiz. ścieżkę reintegracji, w tym 20m-czny indywidualny trening pracy. Cel główny projektu-podniesienie kompetencji społ.-zawodowych zwiększających szanse na zatrudnienie i zapobieganie zjawisku wykluczenia społ. i ubóstwa u 36K i 24M wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu miasta Radom i powiatu radomskiego w okresie od 01.04.2018 do 30.11.2019. Grupa docelowa-os. korzystające ze świadczeń z pom. społ. doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia (kryt. mer. szcz.1), w tym preferowane: os. korzystające z PO PŻ (kr.dost.5),os. bezrobotne z III profilu (kryt.dost.6), ON; 60 os. bezrobotnych/nieaktywnych zawodowo, w tym 10osób z niepełn. bezrobotnych/nieaktywnych zawod. (6K i 4M).W przypadku wystąpienia w proj. os. bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP zostanie nawiązana współpraca z PUP-ami z terenu realiz. proj.(kryt.dot.7). Realizacja celu zostanie zweryfikowana poprzez pomiar wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego: licz.UP,którzy uzyskali kwalif. po zakoń. proj.poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu i pracujących po opuszczeniu pro oraz wskaźniki produktu: licz.os.zagrożonych ubóstem lub wykluczeniem społ. objętych wsparciem w prog. licz. ON objętych wsparciem w programie. UP zostaną objęci reintegracją społ-zawodową,treningiem pracy i poradnictwem specjalistycznym, kursami, stażami, wizytami studyjnymi. Osiągnięty zostanie wskaźnik efektywności społecznej na poziomie 34% oraz wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 22 %, a w przypadku ON o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi odpowiednio 34% i 12%. Project leader – ngo Association of Radom Business Centre and 1 cooperation. Mops-Pionki/kryt.dost.1/established a partnership project.to bring the employment of 60 inhabitants of the district of Radom and Radom by increasing the intensity of support and individualisation path of reintegration, including 20 m individual work training. Main objective of the project – to increase the competences of the public-professional to increase employability and prevent social exclusion and poverty in 36K and 24M excluded and at risk of social exclusion from Radom and Radom district in the period from 01.04.2018 to 30.11.2019. Target group-persons benefiting from social benefits experiencing multiple exclusion (cf. mer. str.1), including preferred: persons using PO PO (kr.dost.5), persons unemployed from the III profile (crit.dot.6), ON; 60 unemployed/inactive persons, including 10 persons from the unemployed/inactive profession. Le chef du projet — ngo Association Radom Entrepreneurship Center et 1 coopération. MOP-Pionki/crit.dost.1/a établi un partenariat de projet pour amener 60 habitants de la région de Radom et Radom à l’emploi en augmentant l’intensité de l’aide et la voie individualisée de réinsertion, y compris 20 m de formation individuelle au travail. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les compétences sociales et professionnelles afin d’améliorer l’employabilité et de prévenir l’exclusion sociale et la pauvreté dans les régions de 36 000 et 24 millions d’habitants exclues et exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale de la ville de Radom et du district de Radom entre le 1er avril 2018 et le 30 novembre 2019. Personne cible bénéficiant d’avantages sociaux faisant l’objet de multiples exclusions (crit. mer. p. 1), y compris préférée: les personnes bénéficiant de l’OP (cf. dost.5), les personnes au chômage du troisième profil (crit.dost.6), ON; 60 chômeurs/inactifs, dont 10 personnes en partie sans emploi/inactives. (6K et 4M).Si des chômeurs inscrits à l’OLP apparaissent dans le projet, une coopération avec les PUP du site sera établie.(crit.dot.7). La réalisation de l’objectif sera vérifiée en mesurant les indicateurs de résultats directs: compte.UP qui ont obtenu la qualification après la fin du projet demandeurs d’emploi après avoir quitté le programme et travaillé après avoir quitté les indicateurs pro et de sortie: les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion de la population bénéficiant d’un soutien dans le dénombrement seuil.
