Предмет на проектното предложение е изпълнение на мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност на 4 обществени сгради с административно предназначение на територията на гр. Карнобат - общинска администрация, бул. "България" №12, общинска администрация, бул. "България" №11, общинска администрация, ул. "Граф Игнатиев" №2 и административна сграда, Промишлена зона "Север”. Проектът цели намаляване на крайното енергийно потребление, постигане на рентабилна експлоатация на обществените сгради, модернизация на публичната инфраструктура и по-добро качество на предлаганите административни и допълнителни услуги. The subject of the project proposal is the implementation of measures to improve the energy efficiency of 4 public buildings for administrative use on the territory of Karnobat — municipal administration, 12, Bulgaria Blvd., municipal administration, 11 Bulgaria Blvd., municipal administration, 2 Graf Ignatiev Str. and administrative building, Industrial Zone “North”. The project aims at reducing final energy consumption, achieving cost-effective operation of public buildings, modernisation of public infrastructure and better quality of administrative and ancillary services.
