Настоящето проектно предложение предвижда предоставяне на комплексни мерки и интегриран подход, целящи повишаване качеството на живота, социалното включване и намаляване на бедността и отпадането от образователната система, както и трайната интеграция на представители на най-маргинализираните общности на територията на Община Долна Баня.за целта ще бъдат осъществени следните основни дейности:Дейности по проекта към Оперативна програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси"1.Активиране на икономически неактивни лица2.Мотивационни обучения за представителите на целевата група3.Подготовка за стартиране на собствен бизнес - Клуб на предприемача4.Обучения за представители на целевата група5.Осигуряване на заетост6.Психологически консултации с родители на проблемни деца7.Работа в общността за формиране на подкрепяща среда8.Повишаване на здравната култура9.Гарантиране на социални и здравни права10.Здравни медиатори и Безплатни профилактични прегледи11.Форум за социално включване12.Преодоляване на негативните стереотипи и съхраняване на културата13. Допълнителна заетостДейности по проекта към Оперативна програма "Наука и образование за интелигентен растеж"1.Предоставяне на образователни услуги за ранно детско развитие2.Работа с родителите3.Образователни медиатори4.Интеграционен образователен центърОчакванията са, че с успешното реализиране на проекта ще се решат до известна степен част от проблемите, пред които е изправена целевата група:- Ниско ниво на семейна култура. Етнически манталитет, обичай, традиции, за по-ранно отпадане на децата от училище.- Проблемите в здравеопазването са, ниската хигиенна култура; липса на здравноосигуряване; много ранна възраст при раждаемоста.- Високо ниво на безработица, ниско ниво на образование. This project proposal provides comprehensive measures and an integrated approach aimed at improving the quality of life, social inclusion and reducing poverty and dropping out of the education system, as well as the continued integration of representatives of the most marginalised communities on the territory of Dolna Banya Municipality.The following main activities will be carried out for this purpose: Activities under the project of Operational Programme “Human Resources Development”1.Enablement of economically inactive persons2.Motivation trainings for target group representatives3.Preparation for the start of own business — Club of the Entrepreneurship4.Training for representatives of the target group5.Ensure of economically inactive persons2.Motivating trainings for representatives of the target group2.Motorial training for representatives of the target group3.Establishment of the culture1.Skills for the social inclusion of the community.Specifications of the culture1.Training of the social inclusion of the community. Ethnic mentality, custom, traditions, for early drop-out of children from school.- The problems in healthcare are the low hygienic culture; lack of health insurance; very early birth rate.- High unemployment rate, low level of education.
